[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Air Conditioner 1 Ton | |||
Not cooling for 3 months now. Purchased on 15/1/2019 from Madavana Electronics & Home Appliances, Cherai, Ph. [protected] vide Bill No. GST-A8824 . Contacted the dealers and Whirlpool Service without any results. This ias a government blood bank, attached to Government Hospital, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala and belongs to the Most Essential Category. Functioning air conditioner is mandatory for retention of the license. Moreover the very valuable equipments like fully automatic and semi automatic ELISA readers will get damaged with high temperature. Kindly instruct your local service people to attend . The repair is still pending for reasons best known to the service agencies. Every time we contact they are taking refuge under Covid 19. Unfortunately the blood bank has to function round the clock for 365 days.

Nothing has been done to correct the defect so far. I don't know how you closed the matter so lightly. i contacted on 25/4, 26/4, 27/4, 30/4, 6/5, 17/5, 9/6, 2/7, 12/7, 4/8, 9/8, 24/8/2021 and the long-standing complaint has not been rectified so far. The other companies Lloyd, Amstrad, Samsung etc respond to service complaints immediately.
Blood Bank is an essential service and as I have been pushed to the wall I am sending a comparative statement of service turn around time of different companies providing air conditioners to all government procurement agencies and as Letter to the Editor to prominent dailies if the complaint is not redressed within a fortnight
