Had hired White pearl holidays pvt ltd's services, to handle my domestic, international flight & visa services., The domestic airtickets was delivered immediately. And I was assured the confirmed international air tickets would be emailed immediately. After several followups, & 10 days later the booking for the international flight was emailed. This was a Cathay pacific booking. Because of a terrible delay in visa services, i wanted to reschedule...

I am disgusted and appalled at their service. Worst travel agency ever. Cheats. First, the agents tried to cheat me with false travel insurances, higher fees than embassy fees for uk & schengen visa. When i refused to fall prey, they have not returned my money if after promising! Their agent, arshad, is a cheat. I have written to them many times before, but no answer. How can they think they can cheat customers and get away with it ?...
