I have ordered in willora.com a set of 2 evening party wear dresses worth rs. 990. After i received the order i was shocked to know that i'm really cheated as there was 2 very cheap quality kurtis in that pack. Very bad experience. Untrustworthy. I have mailed to their customer support but no reply from their side. I want them to return the amount at the earliest. Don't go by their false ads. I am trying to take this issue to consumer care.

Thanks for all your reviews which actually helped me save my money. I ordered 5 set of evening wear for inr 1640/- but gods grace i have ordered on cod. Am from a middle class family i save money for 2 - 3months to buy a dress..
But after ordering i went on the reviews shared by all of you.
And i was alert n i made sure that while courier boy comes to deliver i need to check & only then handover cash. He came today and i tried opening he said dnt open i will not get my salary for 3 days. And i found a hole in the cover and i saw the product it was local worst quality not even worth for 100rs. And i said i ordered a different product & and i handed over to him and dint give him money.

The product which i requested and the product which i have received are totally different.
I tried to reach out through gmail id provided but there is no response from team.
On messenger also there is no one to respond.
It is a fake site which misguided me and provided with such a cheap product.

This is highly disappointing and i dissatisfied with the order.

I have ordered 4 kurties at rs. 1190, order no. Wlr[protected]. I received different kurties and material is very cheap like 50rs kurti on the roadside.

I would request the concern authorities to replace the product or return the amount what i paid.
This site is a fraud.
I have a complaint on their email id. Still, there is no response from their side

Further, stop promoting false adds of the product when you guys can’t stand on the trust of customers. Stop cheating people i want the concern to take this seriously and revert with a positive reply.

I have ordered 2 combo set of 2 sarees each from this site willora for 1955/- on[protected]. I received cheap quality of sarees and it is in 2 pairs of similar sarees.
The images which they show on their site is different and they delivered different and very cheap material products. I have mailed on their email id and placed return and refund request but received no response from them. This site make fraud by fooling there customers. Kindly look into this matter and help us get our money back.

This is archana pratap, i had placed an order with willora wlr[protected] and to my shocking i have received a product which is not been placed at all which is very disappointing. Since the product no where matches or worth to the product which has been placed for the amount 1090. I have uploaded the image for reference.
I have sent an email to the team and pinged them on fb messager there is no response from them at all. Please register my complaint and please help me resolving this complaint as soon as possible

On dated 23rd april 2019, i have received a wrong product from willora side, which was order number wlr[protected] order date 17/4/2019 and time was 12:59:36, product type cod and product value is 1190/-.
I have ordered different product which i am attaching in this mail and what i got.
I am very disappoint from willora side.
I have so many time mailed of willora but no respond from willora.

I ordered combo kurtis of rupees 990/-
I received courier with totally different kurtis which are not worth of rs.990.it's of very cheap quality. I gone through there website for returns of product, there I found returns policy, I read it.it was mentioned there you need to write a mail to care.[protected]@gmail.com to give prior intimation of returning of product.i wrote a mail.on next I gone through website again to find customer care no. I got [protected] on Google, I called on it that person said me immediately you receive your money back just do one thing share your UPI PIN .He asked me PIN in such a way that you combine your PIN and your last 2 digit of your account no.ThereI I clicked he is a faurd person because for UPI transaction we don't need PIN to be share.I asked him why you are asking for PIN?? He started explaining .He was forcing me to share PIN, I shared him wrong PIN to check whether he is genuine. After trasaction not happened he asked me to give right PIN, I started arguing with him then he cut the phone. Now I don't understand whom to contact. I also didn't got any mail revert

I have ordered 4 kurtis from willora.com an online clothing site on 21.04.2019. The product was delivered on 29.04.2019, for which I have paid 1190.00 cash on delivery. They were providing combo pack of 4 kurtis in discount rate. But the delivered product was completely different from the product that I have ordered. The product that I have received was of very cheap quality. I have immediately complained against the matter and regarding refund through email to which they did not responded. I have also messaged them through messenger where I did not received any reply. I was thinking to wait for atleast 2-3 days for their response. Then I started searching more about the company and to the surprise I found that this is not only me, whereas several people are fallen to their trap.
Kindly look into this matter as people are suffering all over the India and the online fraud is going on smoothly without any fear of law. I have attached the material that I have ordered and received.

I ordered for an combo kurti of amount 1165 rs and what i received is entirely different. And the materials i received is of cheap quality nothing worth of money. I sent several emails mentioning my issue. But no replay from willora. I contacted on the customer care number of willora available in google. He asked for my bank details. If its not willora's customer carr number please take necessary steps to remove those numbers from google. Willora is a worst shopping site. They give advertisement on facebook oand instagram of good quality clothes and when i received the product it was very cheap quality. Why are they betraying their customers. We pay money for the product atleast send the products worth the money. This is a cheap practice. First picture is what i ordered. Second one what i received. Please take necessary actions to stop this fraudulent activities.

Low quality product delivered and though i have submitted my complains and many mails... They are not ready to answer and pay me back.

Today on 27th of April 2019 I got a parcel from this website willora.com of 4 kurtis worth Rs. 1190 of order number WRL[protected] and I received all the entirely different kurtis and all are of low quality.

What kind of fraud is this. People behind this website should be charged under criminal law.

These people give advertisement on social media like Instagram Facebook etc. And fool their customers with cheap products.

The products shown on their page are exclusively highly entirely different from the products delivered and that too of excessively poor quality. This is called "CHORI"

And I request the consumer complaint service to take actions against such online marketing channels and as a grant of penalty ask them to return my order money.

Today itself I have also contacted to their customer care through their email.
I want to return this order and want my money back.

Dont buy any product through willora.com. They cheat customer by delivering wrong product. Address and phone number are not available to return the product. I ordered a product worth 1000, but i got a different product worth 100. I mailed the issue details to them, not got any response from them. Please don't buy from them. Cheaters fake products. Pls don't buy from them.

Willora is a big time FRAUD.They cheat the customers by sending low quality, fake products.They don't answer to your complaints.They don't have any return and refund policy.Anybody reading this from the consumer court please help.They are blocking you when a complaint is done, or deleting your messages.Help is needed.My order was for 4 Kurtis., For which I paid Rs.1190, cod.They didn't have any invoice or adress in the package.

I had ordered dress from this online site "www.willora.com" and received wrong product that too completely cheap quality and different size.
I have emailed to care. [protected]@gmail.com complaining the same but got no response. I even tried to contact them in facebook. It is been more than 10 days. At least i need to return it and get my money back. It was around 1450/-

I have ordered a pallazzo but received a pant and also color is different and now they are not even replying me or contacting me... My money got dumped in this.
Now when i am trying to contact them which is only through mails, is in vein.

I have ordered things from amazon, flipkart, ali express, shein, slb but this stupid indian website i tried 1st time n c i got male in india n fool indians only. It is not about money it is about the cheating and scam

I ordered set off 4kurties. I received the courier but recieved wrong products very cheap material. I wrote complaint for return and ask my money back. But i haven't recieve any feed from the company. They cheated and i believed this is not authenticated web side where customer buy products. Please i need return back my harden money

I have very recently ordered a four combo Kirti set of size small from Willora website but I received
wrong products of a very cheap modelded and very old largest sized kirtis very cheap in quality. I have already written to their customer care, although I do not expect response from such fraud n shameless company .who on their packaging did not even wrote the company address for even return process . I do not expect return or response from them .But I do expect an action from you so that in future there will not be victims like me . I strongly feel.that it's a fraud company and I would like it to be taken down

It's a fraud company... I requested to cancel my product on the same day of ordering, and they showed a message saying 'cancel request received'. But 2 days later a message were sent from willie that, 'ur order is dispatched'... The product which i already cancelled is dispatched'. 1 week later i received my product, which was totally different from what i ordered... Facebook should stop promoting these online sites willora.com

Very bad experience on the first order, they have sent the wrong article and there cancelation policy says to pay the courier charges however the mistake is made from your end. Sent an email, there is no revert, return request raised on their site, the message comes it has been received but no call or message i have received from them till now. You guys are just sitting to looto people. Stop selling your products if you couldn't take the ownership.

Consumer team should block such kind of sites and shouldn't allow any xyz to open their account or website anywhere.

On willora.com site i placed order of rs. 1490 for kurtis for woman. I registered on the site with my phone number. 14th of april i received my order but it was different which i ordered. Than i post a mail to return it. N drop a massage. But no body to entertain my complaint or problem. There are not poviding there customer service no also. They are nt telling the return process also.

I have ordered a 3 piece combo of kurtis and i read their return policy which i don't agree and on the same day before dispatch immediately i cancelled the product i sent the request to cancel it 4 times they show request already submitted. Ordered date and cancel date: 13/04/2019. Now on 15/04/2019 i received the message that they dispatched the order. What a crap. When i already cancelled it then y they dispatched it. I want this to be cancelled it anyway. I even dropped the mail but they didn't responding. They are fraud and just want money from innocent people. Facebook need to block such fake sites.

I had ordered two cotton kurtis from willora.com of small size at rs.950 each...but the product I received was not the one they have shown in their ads...I tried to contact the customer care number ...but the number given was also fake...I emailed the site to return my product but they are not responding...in a bid to earn more money the site is cheating the customers...

The order which was placed was a dress which was completely misleading from the pictures shown in the website and the response from them was nil and they continue to mislead the customers. Their website doesn't have any proper details to contact except mail id for which they reply after 10 days..
