I am having problem while filling personal details for background verification for wipro.

      I was trying to login into my wipro account to accept the offer letter but i was unable to do so. after trying for many times and even after changing my password, my account was not opening. after too many login attempts my account has been restricted. how can i solve this issue? i have very less time left till tomorrow for accepting my offer letter.

                I have received only 960rs as a full and final settlement which is not correct. My last working day was 11th January 2022. I should get the salary for the month of December till 11th January. Multiple times I had raised this concern to Wipro HRSS while sending the email but they are not responding. I sincerely served my notice period till my last working day and my all the dues are cleared. My employee id is 20236510. Kindly resolve my issue.

                  My last working day with the organization was 22 Mar 2022. All necessary actions for my offboarding was performed. Company Assets were returned. it has been 43 days since my exit and Final Settlement does not seem to be coming from Wipro.

                  Mails to final settlement team/ hrss are only yield ping pong effect and no action. Request the organization to understand that we are common people who have commitments to honor based on salary. Please credit my settlement!

                    I submitted the asset given to me on my last working day[protected], and all my dues were promptly cleared within 2 days. But it did not update on Wipro alumni portal and my final settlement was still on pending. When I contacted them via email, they replied that all my dues are cleared and final settlement will be sent soon. Even after 2 weeks, still the same and did not get any response from them when contacted. I even raised a ticket and it has been on hold for more than two days and they are not giving me any information.

                    I need the relieving letter along with final settlement, as it is required for joining the new company. It would be better for my career, if I get them as soon as possible.

                      I have completed the orientation of PBLapp but when I want to start learning through the app it shows invalid Id..I have tried both my superset id and also my resume number but still it shows invalid .I have tried contacting the manager and the head of the PJP but I didn't receive any response. So please provide a solution to my problem.

                        I received a mail saying "Dear Candidate, Greetings From Wipro! I didn't recieve any resume number. Once review my superset portal and the screenshot of the mail recieved from wipro attached by me. I am done with my interview but not recieving any updates regarding my results of hr. May be I am not recieving my results because of not having this resume number I think. So please help me out as soon as possible regarding this matter. Waiting for your reply.

                          I left Wipro in the month of August 2010. My employee id was 813091.
                          I am not able to access https://alumni.wipro.com site. by searching with employee ID, reliving year and reliving month got error message that employee no doesn't exist in our records.

                          Could you please look into the matter.

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is Suchitra Aarani. Emp id: 40042983.

                                    I've resigned from Wipro on April 14 and have paid the net recoverable amount - 36770/- as they've mentioned. I've submitted the proof of payment multiple times in Alumni portal and once in wipro portal but it is not yet approved by the clearing agent nor any comments updated if there's any error from my end. This will be a big problem and a huge delay to receive the relieving letter as I've paid 36770RS to Wipro to get it.

                                    I've mailed to finalsettlement.[protected]@wipro.com team multiple times but no one is responding.

                                    Please help me with this.
