Hello,
I am shushritha. Resume Number : 24209763
I tried entering my mobile number manually but that particular field is not taking any input.
I have left with 6 more days to upload all documents for background verification. Since, Mobile number is mandatory to submit I am unable navigate for next section. Kindly resolve my issue

    Unable to edit mobile number field in embark profile

    Sir/madam,
    I got Selected in the Wipro ELITE NTH FY 22 and was asked to complete the Background verification but I am unable to update the default phone number. It says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab even though the mobile number is already registered but the error was country code is added i.e (+91-), so I request you to correct the issue so I can complete my Background Verification.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    My resume number is :21078251
    My name is Triparna Sunanda . I have received a mail from wipro for the background verification on March 31st, 2022 but when i was filling my mobile number it was showing that please enter your mobile number but the mobile number is already had . I don't know that why i am getting that problem and i am unable to edit it. During this i'm not able to move to another step and when i uploaded my pan card it was switching to the other documents. I request you to please resolve this issue so that i can complete my background verification.

    Please resolve this issue as I have only few days left for background verification.

      It's been more than 2 months now and still I am pending with the Full and final settlement as well as my experience letter.My last working day was 17th Feb 2022, and my employee id is 20147869.I have submitted all the assets in the office location however they are still stating the assets are pending.I have provided them with the confirmation receipt as well but still no response.They are also not replying to the mails now, really disappointed with the organization. Is this the way to treat the ex employees.No one in the organization is listening. I have sent more than 17 mails now to know the status along with the receipt but still the experience letter and Full and final settlement is pending from the organization end. The assets team clearly stated no assets are pending for the employee and please proceed with f&f but still it's pending . They are neither replying to the mails nor providing any resolution to the problem. Worst experience with the company ever.
      I was working with Wipro from 2 years but this was never expected.

        I am Abhishek Kumar my resume no is 24207906. The Embark portal is not allowing me to complete my BGV. My phone number is already a field with a 0 and it needs to be filled out, but I am unable to do that, so my profile is stuck at that point. As I cannot complete my BGV on embark, so kindly resolve my problem as I have raised it many times through the mail but no response for me to this problem.

            I'm getting errors while submitting the background verification form through embark. The fields are pre-populated. While entering details, the auto-filled mobile number field throws an error "Please enter your mobile number". I'm not able to either edit or update mobile number, and not able to move to the next page for further verifications.
            Note: The link was already once expired and even after regenerating the link, I'm facing the same issue.
            Please help me with the same.

              Respected Recruitment team,

              I am Pratibha, I got selected in Wipro at Project Engineer post. So i received the mail for background verification on 2 April, 2022. So i was completing the process but there was a problem that there is no option to enter mobile number in the personal details. That's why I am not be able to move further.
              So i want to request to Wipro technical team for solving the problem regarding this.
              My friends are also facing the same problem in Background Verification form.
              Kindly do something and please resolve it as soon as possible. Because the last date of BGV process is near.

                  I am unable to select the gender option in embark profile and also it is showing that "Please enter your mobile number" even through the mobile number is already registered but the error was country code is added i.e.(+91). so i request you to correct the issue so i can complete my background verification. i am moving to the next step for updating the educational details.Kindly look into the issue and made update my details as earliest as possible in embark profile for background verification i am stuck in the personal information page since a week.

                    Good morning sir, i am recently completed my interview with wipro and was selected for the position of project engineer in Wipro. Later I got a mail stating to upload my details and required documents. While I was doing the same my in the portal it was not accepted mobile number and I am unable to upload the documents due to this issue with the mobile number field in the portal. So please look into the issue and provide the solution as soon as possible.

                                  I am unable to complete my background verification as every time I open the link for background verification it shows sorry the current link has expired. I have also role written to the manager.[protected]@wipro.com but still there has been no response every time they give me the same message to fill the form regarding the query. I have filled that form for around 5 to 6 time and still they have not send a mail after retrieving the background verification link.

                                      I got Selected in the Wipro ELITE NTH 2022. I got mail from campus HR team from wipro to upload documents for background verification.
                                      I have filled my personal details in the embark portal. I have got zero number i.e; (0) auto filled in Mobile number column as default so, I couldn't edit it.It particularly shows the error under mobile number column as "please enter your mobile number", When I click save and next button in personal details section it is showing "please enter mandatory fields" and due to this I am unable to save personal details and proceed to the next section for background verification.

                                      I have accepted letter of authorization (in declaration) on 2 april 2022 and have been facing this issue.

                                      I kindly request you to look into this matter, if possible edit my mobile number in mobile number column and resolve the issue as soon as possible
