Unable to fill mobile Number in BGV process

Greetings to wipro customer support team,
my name is Avadutha Sreedevi

I have received a mail from wipro for the background verification on Mar 31st, 2022, to fill my personal details but when i was filling my mobile number it was showing a single digit number as 0 and i am unable to edit it.
please resolve this issue as soon as possible.br...

I got selected in wipro and was asked to complete the background verification but i am unable to update the default phone number, i am unable to process to next step as it says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab even through the mobile number is already registered but the error was country code is added i.e.(+91). so i request you to correct the issue so i can complete my background verification....

Number update failure

I cant complete verification as I can not update phone number in the form and it shows the value 0. Resume number[protected], Name - Harshit Negi. Please resolve this at the earliest team WIPRO, as I have to fill the form....

Unable to enter mobile number in embark portal

Am Annam Reshma Resume number:24209016.
As I'm unable to submit bgv documents in portal because of am facing issue in the personal details section that is unable to enter the mobile number in mobile number field that is predefined entered is '0'. Kindly resolve my problem as I have raised many times through mail but no responce for me to this problem.

Hi sir/madam,
I am facing an issue in DATE OF BIRTH and MOBILE NUMBER my embark portal during my background verification,
Actual date of birth is
ACTUAL DATE OF BIRTH :03/03/2001 ( In the portal it is showing wrong )
In the mobile number tab its showing exact one, but while processing to next step it is showing me error as attached file...

Unable to fill mobile number in background check form.

As i am selected in wipro elite hunt and got the mail to upload mandatory documents for background check but I am unable to fill the contact number in background check form. Because of this I cannot get to the next step of the process. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Embark BGV issues

While filling the BGV form, there are issues which i've faced. Some of them are, Gender field is not taking any input and even though my phone number is auto populated and correct, when i tried to save and continue, it is throwing error to re-enter the mobile number and i can't able to edit it....

Mandatory fields not been uploading

While uploading the personal details in Embark portal, The Mandatory fields like Last name & Mobile Number not been accessing for uploading, but it shows only the '0' in the field of Mobile Number....

Leave Encashment missing in the FnF

Due to the updation in the portal, I didn't receive my complete leave encashment in my final settlement. I was supposed to get Encashment for 19 leaves but i recieved only for 9 leaves.
Break up of leaves:
2020 - 7.5 leaves carry forwarded
2021 - 8 leaves carry forwarded
2022 - 3.5 ( 1.75 Jan + 1.75 Feb)

My 2021 leaves and Feb 2022 leaves have not been added.

I have mailed fnf team...

Embark BGV mobile number related issue

Incorrect auto generated date of birth in embark portal

I have received an email from the HR team from Wipro to fill in my details for the Background Verification process on iCIMS candidate desktop. But in the Personal Details tab, the auto-generated Date of Birth is incorrect (01/01/1900) and I am unable to edit it. My Correct Date of Birth is (29/05/1999). Please help me update my details.
