[Resolved]  Wipro — I didnt receive my Candidate Reference/Resume/Registration number/System ID

I recieved a mail conveyingDear Candidate, Greetings From Wipro!
This is to inform you that we have scheduled your Virtual Group Discussion(Initial Screening Round) over Webex as the 1st round of your interview process for Service Desk profile, date to submit my response within 9th July. Keep your 8 digit Candidate Reference/Resume/Registration number/System ID with Wipro (You would have received this number over mail upon successful registration)"
but I didn't receive any of it and I am not able to log in as it says I am restricted to log in I don't understand what to do I have only a day left with me to find it and prepare as well. PLEASE HELP!
I've attached the screenshot of the mail I received only two and non of them has Candidate Reference/Resume/Registration number/System ID.
