Order Cancelled and Request for Refund

I had placed an order for a pair of Khaki casual sandal for men from official woodland site "www.woodlandworldwide.com" payment of Google pay Rs 2397/- on 5th September 2023 and cancelled that order on 6th September 2023 However, I still have not received a refund for my order. and not update regarding my refund how much time will it take to give me the refund amount because the order has been cancelled since 6th September 2023.

Regarding Exchange of Shoes

I bought sandle from woodland on date05/09/2023. I had asked them to pack shoes of size 39. but they packed it of two sizes 38 and 39. I am from Nepal. Its not possible for me to go there and exchange. Can I exchange them in Nepal's outlet??....

I purchased a Plum colour Hand bag on 31st Aug, 2023 23:01:52 PM IST for total of 3997 Inr and I did try contacting woodland customer care multiple times but almost 2 agents answered after 1 hour and disconnected just after answering also I have been sending emails with screenshot of payment confirmation with other info like email and contact number time and amount I paid so they could give my order Id or atleast...

Urgent - Order purchased with No confirmation since 3 days and Customer care agents disconnecting calls no proper answer on emails

I have placed an order on 26th Aug 2023.
Order Id: OR-3104130

There is no status change in that so tried calling customer care where no one answered I kept waiting. Mailed to mail id in the website where my mail didn't go through as well says wrong address. Which renowned company will provide wrong contact info in the website?? Now when I checked in the website order is showing as placed on 1st Sep 2023 I don't understand whats happening.

    Yesterday on 31 August 2023, I had made a purchase from online store of woodland of two handbags for which I had made a payment of rs 6508 succesfully. Amount has been debited from my account to woodland with ref I'd[protected]. After which I didn't get any confirmation msg or email from the company. Neither they are responding to my emails at their customer care email I'd nor in their customer care number. Please either refund my money or get my order processed ASAP. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and not appreciated at all.

      On 11th August, I returned the item "FWR MEN SHOE OGCC 3466119NW, DNAVY, 43" due to the size issue.
      It was showing "Returned" in delhivery site.
      It's been two week but I haven't received my refund of that order.
      I am continuously dropping them a mail for refund status but I haven't received any response of them.

                  I purchased shoes from woodland store (Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh) on 13th july. When I opened the box at home, I found the right shoe defective having wrinkles. The store staff sent them to delhi office on 19th july. After over 1 month I did get the same defective shoes. Is this the attitude you have towards your customers. I have listened a lot about woodlands but your service disappointed me a lot. In the attachments i am sending you the pictures of your defective piece, comparing to left shoe you can clearly see a lot pf wrinkles on the right shoe. Invoice bill and customer care receipt is attached for your reference. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
