I did not receive any order ID or any other information regarding the order after purchase, I only got a "payment successful" msg on my G-pay and I have got nothing regarding the order, no order number, no order tracking, or status, not even a mail consisting of that I have purchased the shoes, only" payment successful" G-pay nothing more than that.
The order item still showing in my cart.

      Extreme Delay in Return Process

      I had cancelled an order within a few hours of placing it online (official store website for Woodland), after which the site said "Order cancelled" under the Order Status.

      However, having failed to recieve a refund even after half a day, checking the site showed that the order status has changed to "Package ready for pick-up".

      I have placed woodland sandel from woodland official site and the product was damaged. I am contacting the customer support for more then 20 times but no response. I have even mailed to them bit they are responding my mails its more then 20days. They are just again n again telling us you will get call from someone who will explain us the process but till now no mail no call . They are just fooling us

      If woodland cant manage the support they should stop selling the products online as per my experience online buy from the official site of woodland are fooling the customers and just making there brand name in low category . Kindly close your online shopping website as i can see so many complaints for woodland online buyers but no response from the woodland support

        I have ordered one shoe from woodland on 16 Dec 2023 by order Id OR-3147245.

        This order has been delivered today on 21-Dec-2023.

        As soon as I open box, I realized the shoe is not up-to the mark it has scratch marks on leather and some dirt marks on the sole hence I raised return request by sending Email to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and also called customer care 2 times where they said we have initiated the return but no one has come to pick the shoes.

                  @Woodland Very disappointed with the feedback i received from a store at Mumbai . Purchase shoes worth rs 6000 and within 7 months the pasting got out, gave for claim and after continuously following up for over a month i came to know that 60 percent claim has been passed . That mean's I loose around 2500 rs for no reason . Extremely disappointed for a brand like woodland . Using woodland since 20 years. Will never use henceforth. Anuj Saraogi - [protected]

                      I ordered a pair of boots on November 25th 2023 and paid Rs.2347. Order ID is OR-3135725. The website only says order confirmed. I still haven't got any updates, messages or emails regarding the shipping or expected delivery.

                        I ordered new shoe and it came with defect. I send email within 10 min to estore but I've not received any response immediately. Now the person called and telling it's likes used shoe so we cannot accept it.

                        I want solution for this .

                          Highly frustrated with the experience of Article GB 1207112 which I was unexpectedly peeled off from all its bottom in just two months. I bought it on 11 July 2023 from Aero Club Woodland opposite Polytechnic College Kangra showroom worth rs 4295. Within just two months both of the pair were peeled off from the sole and sides unlike even a local shoe. I want to have replacement of the product rather than pasting it again as I am doubtful of the entire product. I have sent it back under repair number.

                            I had purchased Woodland boots through online store with order number SO-3524619. The boots were delivered to me on 15.11.2023 vide invoice no. 202303N031C02379 dated 13.11.2023. The boot does not fit to my feet. As per guidelines given in the online store, i visited the Patiala Bhupindra road Patiala woodland store for smaller size, but it is out of stock. As per return policy, within 15 days of delivery, someone can return the product. After waiting for about one week for smaller size from local store, I decided to make the Return request. On filing the proper details, I am surprised that the Return request Tab given in the online page does not work. On submitting the return request, it simply displays the message that the return request is submitted but with no practical action at all i.e no sms, no phone, no conformation e-mail. I repeated the return request many times, but practically it does not work.
                            I am a Regular offline customer of Woodland from 15-20 years and feels very disappointed that a company like Woodland is cheating customers like this. The software only receives orders and takes money but can't refund and return orders. I am requesting to resolve this issue and make the software to run properly or otherwise please shut it down to not harsh the customers.

                              I had bought a woodland shoe for price Rs.10000/- from GEL Church complex main road ranchi showroom of woodland. After few days shoe sole starting coming out . I went to the store and they said that they will repair the shoe .
                              After few days they call me that this shoe cannot be repaired and they returned it to me.
                              My concern is that showroom had not sent the shoe to repair to the factory inspite they tried to patch it by themself, which makes the shoe even worst and now i cant wear that shoe. The showroom person is saying that they couldnt do anything for that.
                              What can i do now?
