My complaint pertains to non delivery of items against my on line order at www.zotezo.com after making full payment in advance through credit card Registered address of zotezo.com is #53, chowringhee road, 1st floor, kolkata, west bengal, india - 700071 Details of my complaint are as follows Order #[protected] placed on january 17, 2016 5:39:57 pm ist Three items ordered as follows 1) blood glucose test strips sku[protected] rs 300 2) baidyanath madhumehari sku 98 rs 234 3) blood pressure monitor sku22031 rs 1250 Total payment of rs 1784 made in advance thru credit card Immediately after the order Received item no 2 (Sku 98) (Rs 234/-) on 24th jan 2016 through blue dart tracking no. [protected] I have been repeatedly complaining to them regarding non delivery of two remaining items of my order vide following ticket nos Ticket id: bel[protected] dtd 27th jan 2016 Ticket id: emn[protected] dtd 4th feb 2016 Ticket id: dtx[protected] dtd 9th feb, 2016 After so much follow up Received item no. 1 (Sku [protected]) on 26th feb through fedex tracking No.[protected]. ( pl note that the packing list showed two items i.E. Item no. 1 and item no. 3 where as the packet contained only one item i.E item no. 1) I have immediately brought this to zotezo's notice on 26th feb through my complaint Id: pcd[protected] with following message ‘i have just received one packet thru fedex courier from mr vivek panchal, microgene diagnostic systems pvt ltd, new delhi 110020 but it contains only one item i.E.Blood glucose test strips (25 nos) sku[protected] rs 300 Other item i.E blood pressure monitor sku22031 rs 1250 has not been received still’ Response to all my above complaints has been lacking ( with every complaint they have been writing that ‘one of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible’ but no one has ever contacted me so far during last one and half months) Finally after one and half month i could get one email response to my last complaint dated 26th feb. But in the response they are stating that my order has been delivered. This is completely wrong. So against my above order for three items (Worth rs 1784/-) i have received only two items (Worth rs 534/-). Main item worth rs 1250 has not been received still, where as entire payment has been made in advance on 17th jan 2016. As per zotezo last mail( which they have responded after 10 days of my complaint) they are writing that my entire order has been delivered, which is not correct and the major value item has still not been delivered. I have requested them to immediately refund an amount of rs 1250/- to me, because for last one and half month they are not able to deliver the item, but there is no response from them.
