Xiomi — redmi a4

I am using red me a4 and i am very very disappointed with the mi people and their service. This is the first time i am using the mi phone and i believe this is the biggest mistake i made that i chose to use the mi phone (Very bad hardware used indeed).
I can not even imagine how bad mi hardware is and on top of that their service is worst.
I was wearing a tight jeans and i can not believe the screen got broken in my jeans pocket by itself. I then approached the mi people to get it fixed or replaced, however they clearly denied it and they wanted me to pay rs3100 to get it repaired. I can not afford to pay rs3100 towards a phone which cost me rs 6000.
Xiomi people put me in a stiuation that either i had to choose not to use thier phone and let it waste my rs6000 or i had to contact the local mobile repair shop.
Unfortunately or fortunately, i contacted the local mobile repair shop and i got my mobile folder or touch replaced.
The phone worked fine for 1-2 months and suddenly the mobile battery started behaving abnormally and it was keep getting discharged with in 30 minutes or so. I cheked and relized the battery got swallon.
I again approached mi people (Mi service center) and i was in the impression that this time i would get some help, however i again had the same experiece and you people clearly denined to replace the battery even though it is in the warranty period. And the lame excuse given was the battery can not be replaced as you got the phone repaired or opened from outside (Mi people put me in that situation, so i had to go by that route).
Now, mi people want me to pay rs1200 to get the battery replaced even though i am in warranty period.

I just want to let you know the mi people are cheating the customers. They always try to find out the reason to refuse the service and they do not provide the proper support. And they always want us to pay them more.
I have checked and found mutiple complain against them almost about the same scenario that they do not replace the battery or other accessories even they are in the warranty period.

They aksed me to pay rs3100 to get the touch replaced and now they are asking me to pay rs1200 to get the battery replaced, so rs3100+rs1200 = rs 4300 for touch and battery in total. Do you expect someone to pay rs 4300 towards a phone which cost him rs 6000??
My understanding says as per this figure, they spent (Mi people) rs 4300 to make display and battery and all the remaining mobile accessories cost them the remaining amount that is only rs 1700 that is impossible.

So, i request you to take an action against them accordingly, either warn them to make better prouducts or they should provide better support.
