[Resolved] Xpressbees — Package not delivered | |||
I placed an order from Zovi.com. Order # ZY25XE placed on 09 June 2014. Talk to me i[censored] need on [protected]. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: [protected]. Shipment reached in Chennai on 13th June at 11:41 AM. It could have been delivered on same day by evening. But they didn't deliver. Moreover there is no delivery on 14th June too. I called there customer care xpressbess for three times but there is no proper reply. I called Zovi ([protected]), their contact number is not working sometimes ring going but they cutting my call. The shipment arrived in Chennai on 13th June 11:41 AM, it could have been delivered on that day only... or can be delivered next day.. But still no sign of delivery... No contact info for Chennai... what the hell is this? Why zovi is not using a good courier? This is my 2nd order from Zovi.. The earlier order too was delivered after so many complaints. So what Zovi thinks? Customer should post complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment? y Zovi is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number ? I want urgent delivery of my order by 19th June evening positively... otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.. For your information, most of e-commerce companies like flipkart, jabong and Yepme...They all deliver in maximum 2-3 days... So compare your service ... where u stands... It’s only the quality of service that is going to improve your brand... I want the order delivery by today itself... otherwise I will make big problem against u... I have ordered a product on[protected] in snapdeal and i was assured that product will be delivered by 15th jan 2015 via xpressbees courier chennai, my product code in snapdeal is [protected] and my shipment id for xpress bee is[protected]. today[protected] afternoon by 5.24pm i recieved sms from xpressbee that product is out for delivery but i haven't recieved the product till 9pm of 13th jan 2015. But in the xpressbee portal they have updated that the product is delivered to me by 8.54pm. Its very ridiculous and worst attitude of the xpressbee courier. why snapdeal having them as courier partner? i want the product to be delivered by the estimated deliver date atleast. There is no contact number for xpressbee.

They shipped order using xpressbees courier via 2GG05424020.
Shipping out for delivery : 06.07.2015 but still now product not received. Past two days you are saying the same thing and late night I will get a message saying that due to time constraint not able to dispatch. In future dont give this type of wrong information.

The worst courier service. First they dont deliver on time and secondly they update the information wrong. I ordered a product and it was supposed to be delivered on 10th August..As I could track on 10th Aug 3.37pm it was out for delivery but didn't reach me then on 11th Aug 10.43am it was again showing out for delivery but didn't reach me, after 6.57pm it showed residence/office closed whereas he didn't even call me once. Can you please let me know the reason for this pathetic service.

I ordered for some items for an amount of Rs.321/- through shopclues.com which are yet to be delivered on 19.10.15. the delivery has been postponed to 20th october by Xpressbees courier services. on 20th October the delivery boy came to my residence at Flat no. 402, dr.mangarao residency, railway new colony, visakhapatnam and told to give an amount of Rs.160/- instead of Rs.321/-. I have questioned him when the amount specified to me over telephonic message and SMS is Rs.321/-, how is it Rs.160/-. The courier boy started speaking very adamantly and shouted at me. very worst behavour of the courier boy. beware of this courier service.
