I have ordered a product on[protected] in snapdeal and i was assured that product will be delivered by 15th jan 2015 via xpressbees courier chennai, my product code in snapdeal is [protected] and my shipment id for xpress bee is[protected]. today[protected] afternoon by 5.24pm i recieved sms from xpressbee that product is out for delivery but i haven't recieved the product till 9pm of 13th jan 2015. But in the xpressbee portal they have updated that the product is delivered to me by 8.54pm. Its very ridiculous and worst attitude of the xpressbee courier. why snapdeal having them as courier partner? i want the product to be delivered by the estimated deliver date atleast. There is no contact number for xpressbee.

I placed an order from First Cryi.com. Order 1271518OQ72CA817 placed on 06 July 2015.
They shipped order using xpressbees courier via 2GG05424020.
Shipping out for delivery : 06.07.2015 but still now product not received. Past two days you are saying the same thing and late night I will get a message saying that due to time constraint not able to dispatch. In future dont give this type of wrong information.

The worst courier service. First they dont deliver on time and secondly they update the information wrong. I ordered a product and it was supposed to be delivered on 10th August..As I could track on 10th Aug 3.37pm it was out for delivery but didn't reach me then on 11th Aug 10.43am it was again showing out for delivery but didn't reach me, after 6.57pm it showed residence/office closed whereas he didn't even call me once. Can you please let me know the reason for this pathetic service.

I placed an order from snapdeal and got a message that it is going to be delivered today 18/8/15 but than it was not delivered and than i got a message that unable to deliver as the customer is out of station.

Don't give order on Snapdeal or at Shopclues or at Zovi ..

I ordered for some items for an amount of Rs.321/- through shopclues.com which are yet to be delivered on 19.10.15. the delivery has been postponed to 20th october by Xpressbees courier services. on 20th October the delivery boy came to my residence at Flat no. 402, dr.mangarao residency, railway new colony, visakhapatnam and told to give an amount of Rs.160/- instead of Rs.321/-. I have questioned him when the amount specified to me over telephonic message and SMS is Rs.321/-, how is it Rs.160/-. The courier boy started speaking very adamantly and shouted at me. very worst behavour of the courier boy. beware of this courier service.
