I placed an order from Zovi.com. Order # ZY25XE placed on 09 June 2014. Talk to me i[censored] need on [protected]. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: [protected]. Shipment reached in Chennai on 13th June at 11:41 AM. It could have been delivered on same day by evening. But they didn't deliver. Moreover there is no delivery on 14th June too. I called there customer care xpressbess for three times but there is no proper reply. I called Zovi ([protected]), their contact number is not working sometimes ring going but they cutting my call. The shipment arrived in Chennai on 13th June 11:41 AM, it could have been delivered on that day only... or can be delivered next day.. But still no sign of delivery... No contact info for Chennai... what the hell is this? Why zovi is not using a good courier? This is my 2nd order from Zovi.. The earlier order too was delivered after so many complaints. So what Zovi thinks? Customer should post complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment? y Zovi is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number ? I want urgent delivery of my order by 19th June evening positively... otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.. For your information, most of e-commerce companies like flipkart, jabong and Yepme...They all deliver in maximum 2-3 days... So compare your service ... where u stands... It’s only the quality of service that is going to improve your brand... I want the order delivery by today itself... otherwise I will make big problem against u... I had ordered product from Ask Me Bazaar on 28.10.15. Till date i didnt receive my product and they send it through xpressbees courier. The service of the so called courier is so bad. i called customer care 3, 4 times but they didnt respond and i called askme bazaar customer care and he assured me that i will get my product within 10 days from the date i have order. I need my product every urgently for gifting and its been too late now. Why askme not using good courier partner. Pls sort out this matter urgently othwrwise i have to think other way.

The worst service from xpressbees .Let me tell you all what exactly happened with me . I am a new seller/merchant on snapdeal and Shopclues . my first order was supposed to deliver by xpressbees and few other was from different courier services. I was new to be a marchant so i can agree there could be some proble finding my store address but rest all of the courier pick-up boy came to my address and they pick the orders and delivered it and for xpressbess it was almost 5 days nobody came and order got cancelled. Meanwhile i tried calling Xpressbees and customer care, I was tried almost everything to deliver my order as all my orders from xpressbess was about tp get cancleled and i happened .than i got call from Mumbai xpressbees they said ill arrange something tomorrow. i was agree with it than nothing happened on next day even and than i called on the same Mumbai number . You all would never believe the representative accepted that they have very less manpower for now so the service is getting down . I cat believe how this all reputed e commerce portals are hiring these kind of and new courier services and than i called the e commerce customer care and requested them to remove xpressbees from my list and they did . now i am almost happy with rest of my courier partners .

Tracking Number:[protected] and got a message that it is going to be delivered 26/05/2016 but than it was not delivered and than i got a messageon 25/05/2016 that unable to deliver as the customer is out of station.

Xpressbees --- poorest courier in the world...
Don't give order on online shopping
All are cheater and are online fraud also...

Tracking Number:[protected] and got a message that it is going to be delivered on 26/05/2016 but than it was not delivered and than i got a message on 25/05/2016 that is unable to deliver as the customer is out of station.
Xpressbees --- poorest courier in the world...
Don't give order on online shopping
All are cheater and are online fraud also...

Very worst courier service. I have not received the courier yet but when I track the status of the courier, they have updated as residence closed and cant be delivered. This is false status as we were available all through the day to receive the courier.

I ordered saree in shopclues since product was not good I returned on same day itself but this courier partner has stealed tat product and they didn't send to shop clues also .am mailing them for past 2 months ..but I didn't receive my amount yet ..such a stupid courier partner and website too [protected] this is courier boy number who has stealed the product without returning since payment was by card he closed product delivered
