[Resolved] Y-Axis Overseas Careers — process has delayed and when i go for refund not giving more than 20% how can i go for such a small amount | |||
With a lot of positivity i have came to your consultancy regarding my canada process, after paying the process fee (26, 480) they started delaying the process and at the end your consultant was like application has closed. Is this the way u r doing to clients completely because of you people 1 year is going to waste. Don't believe in such a consultancy where they are playing with the life of other people. When i ask for refund they were like we will check and will give only 20%. Without filing the application how can i go for 20% refund by keeping the mistake at their side They are doing business in this way and earning money by playing with the life's of students. They were like if you want you can check in the agreement. I don't know why no one is taking action against such kind of activities. Sep 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Client Relation officer(CRO) handled my case and reviewed the complaint, spoke with management and finally they were ready to give my money after all the discussion with them. Y-Axis Overseas Careers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
