Respected Sir,
This is just an last attempt to raise my voice and also i want let you know that how we customers are being tricked /fooled by YLG managers/employees to acheive their own target .I thought that you should be aware of the injustice which is being done to me and i am sure to many other customer's before i can take any furthur action.It's really really sad and disappointing to see that how your managers and employees have cheated on me.
The issue is :
I was having this one year membership with YLG and was not at all interested in continuing it furthur because of the treatment of managers Padma and rahim (YLG , kormangala) as well as there were few changes going on in my professional life.When your staff was telling me to continue the membership , very clearly i told them about my suitation that "I may have to go out of country or out of city due to changes in my professional life , so its better that i should not take this YLG gold card membership ".They said that its not all a problem money can be refunded at any point of time .When ever you are going just let us know we can make all the necessary arrangements to refund your money .There were three people at that time Padma,jyoti and harish (in YLG , kormangala).When i asked her that how easy is it to get the money she has showed me some checks and told me that it's very easy just she need to send a email to finance department and money can be refunded.She infact told me that you can close your membership any time and pay off your credit card bill .
I said fine and then she asked to sign some form she said its just membership form ,she told me just to sign it and rest of the form she will fill and after that they have detected 30000 from my account(my membership no is 24801 and invoice number is 6599) which is definatly not a small amount for any middle class girl .Now within a week i got new job offer and i moved to gurgaon.COntinusly everyday i was going to the salon asking them about refund they said that it will be done soon .Now i am in gurgaon and i am in terrible need to money ,and now they are saying that it cannot be done .My trust is totally broken , i am in need of money , MY HARD earned money for which i have spent nearly 14 to 16 hrs hours in a day in office.I was so shocked the way your staff is behaving with me .I am not sure with whome to talk ,with whom should i raise my voice.They do so many false promises with the customer's and finally it results in nothing and they just don't care about them once the membership is taken. I feel cheated , humiliated,mentally harrased .I feel that i have been the victim of fraud.I have tried talking with poornima too (area sales manager ) but again it was in vein.
I am trying to solve the issue continously from last 3 months but unfortunately none of your employees or managers are supportive.Infact they have stopped taking my calls , ignoring me , yelling on me ,telling that why am i calling them .I had never been so humiliated , insulted and let down by anyone in my entire life the way i had been in YLG.Now more then money its about my ego my respect.Kindly look into the issue and let me know if i can get justice.I would be really happy if you take necessary action and set up an example so that someone else is not suffered the way i had been .

She just put super hot wax on my face directly that literally burnt my skin and made my eyes to tear. Once she was done, my upperlip turned super red and started to burn severely. She panicked a bit and put some ice and applied a little amount of lacto. She said it would be fine the very next morning even thou I had a little idea that they had goofed up with my face. And I had a super important wedding and an event to attend the coming weeks. And this was the face with a thick burnt moustache I was roaming around with in all of the events. The worst part was I wasn't even able to comfortably talk or eat or have any movement around my lip area. This has taken a huge toll on my career as well since I am an artist.
I tried calling up the so called branch manager who was super lethargic and all that he had to say was, "ma'am your skin is sensitive, apply ice and aloe vera gel, we cant do anything about it and please dont take this service furtheron". I simply cant put in words the amount of stress and agony I have gone through.
I am still trying to contact the proper customer care but I am not able to as the branch doesn't co operate nor give us the right point of contact.
