Respected Sir,
This is just an last attempt to raise my voice and also i want let you know that how we customers are being tricked /fooled by YLG managers/employees to acheive their own target .I thought that you should be aware of the injustice which is being done to me and i am sure to many other customer's before i can take any furthur action.It's really really sad and disappointing to see that how your managers and employees have cheated on me.
The issue is :
I was having this one year membership with YLG and was not at all interested in continuing it furthur because of the treatment of managers Padma and rahim (YLG , kormangala) as well as there were few changes going on in my professional life.When your staff was telling me to continue the membership , very clearly i told them about my suitation that "I may have to go out of country or out of city due to changes in my professional life , so its better that i should not take this YLG gold card membership ".They said that its not all a problem money can be refunded at any point of time .When ever you are going just let us know we can make all the necessary arrangements to refund your money .There were three people at that time Padma,jyoti and harish (in YLG , kormangala).When i asked her that how easy is it to get the money she has showed me some checks and told me that it's very easy just she need to send a email to finance department and money can be refunded.She infact told me that you can close your membership any time and pay off your credit card bill .
I said fine and then she asked to sign some form she said its just membership form ,she told me just to sign it and rest of the form she will fill and after that they have detected 30000 from my account(my membership no is 24801 and invoice number is 6599) which is definatly not a small amount for any middle class girl .Now within a week i got new job offer and i moved to gurgaon.COntinusly everyday i was going to the salon asking them about refund they said that it will be done soon .Now i am in gurgaon and i am in terrible need to money ,and now they are saying that it cannot be done .My trust is totally broken , i am in need of money , MY HARD earned money for which i have spent nearly 14 to 16 hrs hours in a day in office.I was so shocked the way your staff is behaving with me .I am not sure with whome to talk ,with whom should i raise my voice.They do so many false promises with the customer's and finally it results in nothing and they just don't care about them once the membership is taken. I feel cheated , humiliated,mentally harrased .I feel that i have been the victim of fraud.I have tried talking with poornima too (area sales manager ) but again it was in vein.

I am trying to solve the issue continously from last 3 months but unfortunately none of your employees or managers are supportive.Infact they have stopped taking my calls , ignoring me , yelling on me ,telling that why am i calling them .I had never been so humiliated , insulted and let down by anyone in my entire life the way i had been in YLG.Now more then money its about my ego my respect.Kindly look into the issue and let me know if i can get justice.I would be really happy if you take necessary action and set up an example so that someone else is not suffered the way i had been .

YLG Spa And Salon — Money Eaters

One of the most unpleasant , disgusting experience i had with YLG , kormangala.They think that we here to do charity for them .False promises , lies is there specialities.They don’t know how to repect their customers who are already members .Guys i m going to the consumer court .I can’t take this from them.Let me know if some one wants to join hands with me.

I have faced a similar truamatizing experience at YLG Kormangala - loss of not just money but peace! I have displayed immense patience in waiting and hoping that they will be able to resolve my problems. However the resolution does not seem to be even an inch compensatory.

Their sales staff have made a fortune and run away. Their duping the company is resulting in the loss of customer money. I have made numerous complaints to the senior management. However not much avail.

I am mulling over my decision to take this to Consumer Forum.

i know you got problem with the money, same as the operator of the gly the big company is playing their own workers. is not problem of the salon workers and salon managers where there are situated. it is totally the problem created from the managing groups where there are corrupting the money and cheating the costumers and the cheating and humaliating the workers who are passionately sincere for the company. from the managing group they give different kind of reasons and detecting the poor worker's salary and making the fool for long times. see the most best and good experienced works are already disappointed and gone for other salons. now are days what they have unexperienced and those who are desire to practiced are in ylg, you have where to company then only the investers have to know this and stop the shares when they feel they loose in gain income.
we will see few years later this big and great ylg will not get good operators like before they have. these days no one is interested to do work under ylg managing group. it is some sort of corrupting and some sort cheating or in worse some sort of humaliation for people who are sincerely working the company, going to the work on time but every day late for leave from the salon. my wife is working ylg she is very sincere to her company but it is not fair from the company, [censored] you ylg managing group, god is there looking for you and give curse your life even your children too. we are god and he will balance us some other time. when time comes. your employees hates your managing system. everybody accept your few groups.

    Recently I was promised certain services at HSR L/o and after making the pmt for the same they have denied the services to me, Last few days becoz of this dispute they have not allowed me to take any service and neither they are sorting out the issue. Their membership is again time bound and I am un necessarily paying the money and getting the services out of YLG. My money to the tune of 30 thousand is at stake. I have been denied to spk to their Customer Care Head and was told that she/he will call me and have taken my no. Not done so far. I would like to take this thru consumer forum.

    i m member of YLG, and i have very big issue with kormanagala location YLG beauty spa.as whenever i called for appointment, they never respond positively, and service is also really very very bad.though i belong to middle class family background, after paying the huge amount, i m not getting any quality services from koramangala YLG end services providers.i got good services only in mantrimall, there are few Staff here as below for the very good service names
    christina, roshan, bindu, rahul, vanaja, always i get a good response from these staff YLG.bad service from padma from koramangala YLG, tell padma convence me to pay to koramangala branch but i paid in mantri mall branch YLG, so she is not at all giving me service, kindly look into it .kindly teach her, how to greet and asist a costumer.

    Selling YLG Gold Membership for 25K

    Hi all,

    I have been a YLG gold member(WHITEFIELD) branch, since last 1 year 2 months. I am shifting to New Delhi so i’ll not be able to continue with the same. I have recently renewed my member
    ship on 1st Dec by paying 30K. Being a preferred customer I have got 1 month extra membership( i.e. from 1st Dec- 31st Jan= 13 months). In my opinion, I find the salon very good apart from a few flaws which is anyways common. The services i get there are:
    Hair
    1. Head Massage-Almond and Olive Oil(Unlimited)
    2. Hair Spa(2 in a month)/ If not hair spa Root touch up can be taken (Unlimited)
    3. Hair wash and Conditioner(Unlimited)
    3. Blow dry(Straight and Curls)(Unlimited)
    Skin
    1. Facial(Unlimited)
    2. Waxing-Full Arms, Underarms and full legs(Unlimited)
    3. Threading-Upper lips, Lower Lips, Forehead and Eye Browse(Unlimited)
    4. Manicure and Pedicure-Classic(Unlimited)

    Best Operators:
    Hair- Balaji, Shiva, Rubina
    Skin- Vijay Lakshmi, Kalpana, Teresa, Amuda, Radha.

    ** My usage for last year was 80K when I paid only 24K for the membership (24 Nov 2009- 24Nov 2010)
    So you can guess from here, if it is value for money or not.

    I recently had a very horrible experience with YLG in Koramangala. I had bought their cash card and paid with my visa card and they have deducted the money twice.
    It has been a month now and the YLG in Koramangala refuses to do anything about it and not only are they blaming it on my bank but this are the 10th customer who has had the same problem and they have not done anything about it.
    I have lost a large sum of money and the service at YLG in Koramangala is terrible and their staff is rude and incompetent.
    Someone should shut them down.

    Hi recently i had very bad experience in YLG Anna nagar west really (21/11/13) am totally upset with manager and service provider, I dnt know what they thinking about customers...

    Me and my friend went for facial and waxing we fixed appointment before day but i was waiting 1 hour and half an hour and they started facial for me but lady who did service for me she do not to use mechani and not did massage with scrub she hurt me a lot and she did not apply mask and leaved me alone i came to manager she but no responce still...VERY BAD SALON

    I had got a hair trim done on a Tuesday which they claim to be a 50% offer day!I The stylist was a enthusiastic youngster called bijoy who I feel did a fairly neat job, however the salon manager or who so ever at the billing was annoyingly incompetent, charged me the highest 750 for a straight trim, which the job card charges 350, speaks as though u r a illiterate and made me wait for 15 mins after the service to make the bill as he was too busy on a personal call"..."...people like this make the experience worthless, kindly make a note and try correcting it
    The previous post is with reference to the be saint nagar branch, however I had a positive feedback from a friend bat the vela cherry branch, planning to check it out next time
    Hi..I took the chocolate waxing service at YLG HSR. The service was very pathetic with almost all the hair left at the back side of arms and on legs. For the amount paid, it was a very bad service. Smaller parlours are far better.
    I had a horrible experience with YLG HSR Layout.

    Saturday, 1st august I booked an appointment with HSR Layout YLG salon for FRONT hair smoothening. I asked the charges before booking and I was told it's around 1k+ taxes.

    Kindly note that I had my total smoothing done just a quarter back from Lakme and there is not much growth. Only the front sections had a bit growth and so I opted for only FRONT smoothening.

    I arrived at the HSR layout YLG salon at the stipulated time. Before sitting for the service only, I specifically told the hair stylist that I only want front part to be smoothened.

    He said "yes"

    While he started working on my back hairs, I again told to do the front part only. He said "only the newly growth hairs he would do". So, I relaxed thinking as I did not have much growth[only 3 months], it will never cost me huge.

    He never explained the cost. He said it's not full smoothening.

    During the procedure also, he was very harsh with my hair, despite me again again saying him to be gentle as it was hurting me.

    After the procedure, to my surprise he asked me to pay 8 thousand [change]! My hair is very thin and comes only till upper back on length. I got surprised as Lakme charges me for medium.

    I tried to see the price list and discovered he charged me for the long and full category! He was laughing when I was trying to say I only booked for front smoothing.

    I had specifically thrice asked him to do only front smoothening and I was totally cheated for RS 5985/-. Kindly note that I really really hurt at this cheating .

    I don't think I ever can think of renewing YLG card after this.

    Too Much Delays and Miss behavior done by Manager

    I had booked an appointment for Thursday facial at 6:45pm.I reached there on time, The service lady Shruti said ma'am I am free will do your facial, give me 5 minutes.I said Ok
    I waited for 1 hour, and then they asked me to change ...when I asked for one particular facial, she said ma'am stock not available, She forced me to do second facial, after sometime she said Stock not available.
    I had to talk to that Manager sitting in Bellandur parlor.I said dude what is going on ?Why soo much delays and why lack of product.
    That Manager said All your fault ma'am.And misbehaved like anything even said Do whatever I don't Give a damm.

    What does YLG have to say on that?
    Too many customers and Chucking attitude?
    First off all in ladies Salon Why mail manager ?
    Better teach them how to be fair.

    All ladies for Bellandur Saloons only go to A cut Above.
    I had a very poor experience with manicure and pedicure. First of all the therapist forced me to take gold manicure and pedicure and the service was extremely poor. I am going to spas from over a decade but never had such bad experience which I had today.

    It was my first experience with YLG but will never go there again for any other service
    I had visited YLG malleshwaram to get manicure and pedicure done.

    But the experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I have never experienced such bad service till date. I am availing spa services from over a decade and thought of trying YLG this time but I regret my choice.

    First of all the lady there forces me to take the gold manicure and pedicure which was the most expensive and then the service was very bad.

    I will never go there nor recommend YLG to anyone.

    But pls make sure they give good servioas people come to have a good time and spend a lot of money on these things.
    I have been cheated by YLG staff ! They charged me extra ! After asking them they said we won't charge u next time ! They r pathetic !
    I have a complaint against YLG BG road branch.
    The staff is excellent in terms of luring clients in memberships and then being blunt and rude. I noticed that my card has expired a day back and requested me to be able to exhaust my money on the card.

    When I spoke to the person at the reception, Sony..he was pretty blunt in saying that this is a very rigid process and he cannot do anything. He has been strictly prohibited from sharing his supervisor or head office's number. Neither did I get any SMSs notifying about this card expiry date nor can the center provide me any days of extension on my card.

    This is a smart way YLG is fleecing money from customers and has trained the staff so well, that they know when to talk sweet and lure customer into a scheme likewise can be rude and totally unapologetic. Remember, as a customer no one will intentionally waste their own money lying in such cards.

    I'm not just disappointed by the staff's way of managing this issue but also admire that how easily a chain like YLG can fool customers. If this was such a hard deadline, why wasn't I told about this while availing this scheme? Why wasn't I told that I wouldn't get even a day's extension?/why aren't there auto generated SMSs being sent before card expiry like those post a bill is generated?/

    Beauticians calling, cannot be your mechanism. We are all busy working and get many calls during the day.
    Anyway, I will remember this bitter experience at YLG and my donation of Rs.2, 500/- to this money fleecing chain.
    I visited the YLG parlour in Gopalan signature mall.it is a very horrible experience.They did a hair root touch up for my straightening but they charged 8000 how under sky can anybody charge that amount for root touch up. He said that for straightening it is 8000 but he did a root touch up and told me in the middle of the treatment and he did it very uneven.

    Please don't go to this parlor at all. waste of money.

    I told all my colleagues not to go there.

    I will have to wait for another year grow my hair and then get the straightening done at some other salon.

    This mess happened as I am new Bangalore.

    Thursday offer of 50 % off on facial is a total ripoff & a bad experience today.Massage was pathetic & very very ordianary.no pressure point massage & was not relaxing at all.All tall claims & dismal service.
    Can you explain what is Kiwi fruit facial?Sad you make claims which is inappropriate.
    I would like YLG to to refund my money for the lousy service renderd.

    the app is pathetic and they are cheating people with their offers. Too many clauses that are not clear.
    Unprofessional ppl in ylg Mantri mall and Malleshwaram. They just bother about incentives they get and not customer service .
    Let they give proper service and take their incentives.
    Giving wrong suggestions and make us to spend for higher level.
    Was very unhappy in Malleshwaram n went to Mantri mall salon and their also horrible experience.
    Why do ylg recruit these ppl and keep them when they don't do customer service properly !
    1st do customer service properly and then you will get name and fame everything and not money always .
    Cal n ask me for more info if any take charge of this

      First of all I want to say YLG is a damn cheater. Very good in buttering others, to do the most costliest facial. They will tell your skin is that and bla,bla, bla................. Still know from where ever u have done ur facial they have just finished ur skin and all........... You can see the lady skin who is telling all such stupid things how her skin is. Full of pigmentation, full of dark circles... So please its my request never ever go there and do such facials.Because after doing the facial I had to go to a dermatologist because my skin has become very rough and full of marks here and there in my face.

      YLG J.P.Nagar is going 2 dogs...with no one including the Store Incharge taking any responsibility for the client's needs. Service with a smile disappears the moment a prospective customer becomes a member. Staff @ YLG J.P.Nagar need overhauling immediately...they've become too comfortable, arrogant & complacent. The hardworking staff leave the company & the member is left 2 the mercy of the HARDLY-WORKING staff. If things don't change fast, YLG is doomed.
      Totally agree. YLG's services are really pathetic. I was being given steam after a head massage and by chance my head touched the steam apparatus and there was a burn on my head and it hurt badly for days afterwards. When I mentioned it to them next time, they didn't accept there was any problem with the machine. There were other occasions too when they were negligent and/or rude and gave really bad service (once during threading, they sent a very new girl and I ended up having sores and rashes on my chin!- this despite telling them I have thick hair and sensitive skin so they should send an experienced person), but this one was the last straw. One can't take risks with electrical equipment!!
