I had taken an appointment with ylg yesterday for waxing, pedicure and manicure. However during my waxing session i experienced itching but ignored. I woke up in the middle of the night cause of the itch. I then realise i have hives all over. I'm so frightened. Am unsure what happened but this was something i mentioned during the session itself but got worse. I'm so afraid to go to ylg again.

    Last sunday (08/03/20), i went to ylg koramangala 6th block to get hair colour streaks for me. They did the streaks and said that it will be visible only after the hair dries. So we checked after reaching home, it wasn't visible. We thought not might take time to oxidize.in the morning, since my friend is from mumbai and she had to go to mumbai. She left. After reaching there, she couldn't find the hair colour. The hair colour was very marginal, and not even visible most places.

    I have reported the complaint to the saloon. The asked me to come again so that they can do it. We can't come again. It is practically impossible to come again for this. So it would be better if you provide us with a refund for the same.

    Ps - we did three streaks, only one was marginally visible, the other two is not at all visible.

      I received a voucher of 6k which i lost because someone stole my purse. I called btm ylg salon and they said they will email marketing department. It's been 2weeks they keep saying they are waiting. Its not been used yet and it's a piece of paper they gave me as a voucher. I do have the bill, which i showed them. And also u guys know that it's not been used because you send me a message to use the service. 2weeks been wasted. Either give me the voucher or give me the money back. I took service of 6k plus to get the voucher

        Had the worst experience at ylg sahakarnagar bangalore branch, after waxing my arms i have developed severe rashes and skin peeling and excoriation, and the team did not respond properly when i went to them!! Really disappointing, i will be telling all my frns n aquintances about this bad experience and will be urging them never to visit ylg!!! Its really a shame

          I visited ylg road no. 36 jubilee hills (Hyd) salon on jan 17 and had a bad experience.
          The stylist didn't understand my requirement properly and cut my hair differently from what i asked. Also, he cut it in an irregular shape without perfection, where one side is longer than the other, and he didn't remove extra hair which is looking odd. Despite i explained him and showed him a picture he was unable to do it well, and was further ruining it. Also, blow dry with temporary straightening or curling of the edges is done as a common practice after haircut. But he did curling also badly and charged extra 400/- for it without prior intimation, which is unfair. I mentioned him that earlier i had got a better service at other ylg store without any extra charges, and he replied that earlier there was an offer and now it has lapsed, which is totally false. As i was getting late to a party i had to leave without further debate. And at the time of my visit there was another customer who shouted loudly at the reception for bad service and left immediately. I feel that this particular branch neither has experienced staff nor happy customers. Although i have top salons just near my home, i went all the way to ylg trusting the brand for quality and cost effective service, but i'm very disappointed with this branch and will never visit again. As a valued customer, i mailed to ylg customer care about the feedback requesting for refunding the extra charges and allowing me to rectify my haircut issues at another branch where the stylists are more experienced. But till today i have received no reply from them and i feel very disappointed for this attitude, as it has been my favourite brand and now i'm forced to complain online.

            I went to their outlet at star mall, marathahalli. One executive was assigned for threading. She was really harsh on skin. She completed my threading and after that my skim was bruised and all red. I complained at the reception. They didn't utter a single word to my complaint. So i had to pay and leave. I posted in my instagram. No response. I called them. They cut my call. Pathetic. Also, neither they accepted that it's their mistake or said sorry about the same.

              On nov 22, i had a hair cut done in ylg which is located at ylg salon / ylg star extra mall, star extra mall, 1st floor, gulmohar enclave road, junction, kundalahalli, marathahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560037. I had very bad experience with my hair cut there.. I have very long hair which reaches beyond the hip. I asked for hair cut there, then they have assigned one lady to do that for me.. I asked her which hair cut suits me whether feather or layer and then i showed a photo which is a layer cut to do in the same way, then i showed her only to cut little amount of hair and she agreed and started doing a hair cut.. I got shock of seeing my hair after cutting it by ylg lady hair stylist, it doesn't even reaches till chest length.. I had to go for a post wedding photoshoot on nov 23rd.. But with this short hair could not go to it so i cancelled my shoot.. I had a great money loss which i spend to book photographer and places for the shoot.. I end up paying so much money with minus 100% satisfaction.. Trusting on that lady i gave my hair to cut but it turned out into a short hair cut which i never wanted.. When i asked her y did you cut so much she was arguing that it's not her mistake as she already told me that she already told that my hair length will be reduced so much.. I will not agree with her point at any cost.. I can't take this.. I am writing this in the morning 3:35 am, till this time i was crying and hating my self to give my hair to that lady for hair cut.. I had very good experience with hair cut when i did it 6months ago in hsr layout bangalore.. Trusting on that i again want to have a hair cut in ylg but got shocked after seeing results.. I want you to people take necessary action and do the needful for me.. I end up paying so much money for the hair cut which i never asked and wanted for.

                card expiry

                I have been going to ylg hsr 27th main salon for quite some time now.
                When i called the branch to get my card's expiry date they said no card is linked to my mobile number (And i have only had 1 mobile number for years now).

                I later found out that my card expired on 16th sept 2019 with an amount of rs.9851/-.

                What is the solution for this? You can't just say that you lose close to 10, 000 because your...

                I visited mantri ylg for haircut i took haircut service i told and showed pic of haircut which i want to executive she did want she want within 25 minutes she finished hair wash and hair cut that time itself told her hair cut not proper but she convinced me somehow after oneday i went again and told her she is not ready to accept again she said something really she spoiled my long hair and now i am not able to carry this haircut kindly do need full i want to service free or refund i am a regular customer of ylg kindly do the need full

                  I had booked a service at star extra mall by calling this no ‭[protected]‬. I had asked for bear trim, haircut and my wife had asked for waxing and clean up. When i reached and enquired about the service the gentleman sitting seems to manager of store as a receptionist very arrogantly denied for beard trimming. I agree that service is not there however there is a way to say it. He seemed uninterested and look very involved with his staff gossiping. Seeing his behaviour i didn’t even bother to stay back and just walked out of the saloon. You would be surprised he was still not bothered. What a pathetic display of customer service. I visited the saloon from gunjur and they i was treated was quiet insulting. I am way back to lakme saloon now. I hold a ylg membership and i am ylg customer from last 10 years and for the first time i felt horribly treated. I shall look to have my membership discontinued. I have visited so many branches of ylg but such a nice service but this manager was pathetic

                    I have visited today to ylg salon hsr sector 6 branch such an horrible service they have provided, after complaining to the store manager this how we provide the service if you not happy we can’t help

                    Being regular customer of ylg other branch i was shocked the behaviour or response

                    I wasted almost 4635 plus time, which is anyways not going to comeback, pls you have any rights do take some action against them, so that others do not suffer

                      Hi,

                      I bought their membership card. Today i visited them with my mother, eager to use my membership. The staff were very polite, did their services well. While paying i was told that my membership card was invalid. I politely asked if there was anything that could be done while billing our 2k worth of services because i had 4k in my membership card. The cashier said that she would ask the manager, very politely.

                      Here is the kicker. The manager was getting a trim while there were customers in the salon. We waited upto five minutes while he finished with his beauty regimen. Asking him if they could transfer the balance to the next month while deducting 15-20%, he said there was nothing he could do. I had lost the 4k in my card + had to pay for the 2k additionally.

                      I would like to file a complaint, because it seems like they have done this multiple times, at various branches. What do i do?

                        This is a complaint about ylg in gandhinagar adyar. Apart from very mediocre service and below average service staff, they have a manager with a horrible attitude and rude behaviour.
                        We all have been going there since they opened and not once have they ever demanded an appointment for threading, i mean no parlour in the city does!
                        The first time my mom went he overcharged her and they had an argument, until she proved herself right holding this against her
                        The second time she went she requested for threading, the same manager went in to check on the girls.in the meantime another client had come to get threaded and the girl began threading for her. My mom patiently waited even though the other client walked in late. After 15 minutes of waiting the manager refuses to attend to my mom because i did not book an appointment.
                        There was clearly staff available and space, the girl who came after her was attended too. Yet he refused to allow someone to attend to my mom. He challenged my mom to go complain and post anywhere i want and said he doesn’t give a damn.
                        This is such horrible service and a example of ego hurt men. Above all this ylg has no customer service no.
                        Do let me know how to take this forward. We are so infuriated with his rude behaviour even on call when we spoke politely to him. It’s tempting to make a scene out of it and post it on social media.

                          The manager amit at the park square mall outlet is rude and he prohibits the beauticians from providing optimal service. This is the first time i am having such a bad experience coming to a ylg outlet. I am not going to use this outlet anymore due to the manager's behaviour. He kept saying this will cost extra and that will cost extra for anything i asked and told me i can go to the other store if i like their service better.

                            I had taken an appointment with sadashivnagar branch for 6 pm.
                            On entering the salon find the entire parlour dirty with tissues and hair all on the floor.
                            The girl with whom i had my servising to be doen busy attending to another client and asks me to wait for 15.
                            When i use the wash room i finf bins spilling over and no body to bother cleaning it
                            The wax which i normally use the gold /platinum are out of stock and no one bothers to inform me at the time of taking appointment.
                            At the reception srinivas who is the manager of the parlour has could not care less attitude.
                            Feel sorry seeingf such pathetic state of affirs

                              I am extremely disappointed with your services. Me and my daughter have been visiting ylg adyar for the last 5 months, in january 2019 the staff forced us (Convinced us) to get a membership card for which i paid rs.[protected] was given as a benefits) but at that time they never informed that the packages offered in your menu card will not be offered on the membership card holders. So that means we pay you money in advance to become members you enjoy the interest, but you do not allow us to use any package services this is not fair practise. I was shocked because last week when my daughter did waxing the billed amount was rs.2700 we have done waxing before and it has never crossed rs.1000 at your salon, this time they changed the wax without informing the cost implications. This is day light robbery. This has to be resolved. The issue happened on april 27th

                                I got a voucher for 500 rs after taking service at salon, the voucher had to be used within 1 month. As per voucher, it can be used in salon and at home services. When i called for appointment at salon, they said it can not be used at salon but only at at home services.
                                For at home services, beautician said min transaction value to be 1000 rs without gst. To which i said there, no such thing is mentioned on the voucher. The rude customer care staff didnt agree to use the voucher instead was putting pressure on me to increase service value. Not the first experience where felt cheated by ylg, and when the executives force customers to purchase more products or increase service value. At last my service was not given and the voucher is expiring tomorrow.

                                  First of all most of times the cheaper waxes are said to be not available. I have a membership card with the value of 75000 wherein u pay 35000 and the rest is added but a lot of tax is being charged on this card where in u in fact get only 35000 or bit more apart from the gimmick u guys do u hire such unprofessional salon professionals they always trying to sell something to u and more over doing an absolute bad job of what they are supposed to do. The store person sitting named aishwarya is very rude and does not value the customer after several interactions with her i’m taking out time to write this unfortunately i’ve taken the membership and have to use t. Please train her on how to behave or hire some1 who is better at it

                                    I took make up service from worst make up ever dey used low quality products i was looking terrible it was just so worst and dey charged me so much for the worst... I never expected this kind of service... I wasted my time and money both on the.. Dey don’t had any essential make up products like eyeliner, kajol lipstick and eyebrow pencil it was completely terrible i literally want dem to give my money back it was seriously hilarious and i never expected this kind of service i paid 8k for nothing dey wasted my 3hrs of my day

                                      Very poor service and I had taken appointment but the concerned person was missing and the management didn't inform me and the attenders will be having their own client preferences and they will be busy with them and there will be in-house services in that they will be busy giving free services I felt like did I paid paper or money they're treating me like that now I am regretting of taking the club membership
