I visited marathahalli branch yesterday 3 rd June Saturday as the first customer in the morning. The chairs and the whole place were full of hairs.
The combs were dirty. Overall a disappointing dirty look.
The haircut I had was not satisfactory. The price is too high. The stylist was forcing me to try the dandruff treatment and buy their products. Even after refusing, she was continuously pestering to buy.

Last week, in ylg Nungambakkam, chennai, they starred pest control while I was getting my hair washed for a root touch up. I reacted extremely badly to the smell and started coughing and wheezing. While the girl, Sandhya was kind and helpful, I had to leave the salon with my hair wet. The salon refuses to refund me. I underwent the new slow grow saffron waxing combo at YLG, Kathriguppe branch, Bangalore on Sunday, April 16th 2017.

The service was so bad that they have burnt half of my skin in hands. I want the compensation or a free treatment for the burns, otherwise I would escalate the same issue further.

I had visited brookfield bangalore ylg outlet today (18-apr-2017) for hair coloring.. He refused to color the hair as i wanted. I told him to color the hair for crown area and also 4 streaks extra on sides. And he told me to check with the other person if they are ready to color. He was rude on servicing... Do u ppl exists to make the service as you want or as we want?

I had 2 gift cards of Rs 250 from TATA Sky recharge, which was redeemable on bills above 500 rs. I had 2 bills of value more than 500 but the cashier while redeeming the coupon, manually entered Rs 218 on the system. He levied 15% tax on my 250 rs coupon and i could get discount of only 218/-. This is a loot and i have never seen anybody levying tax charges on a coupon /gift card.

I did high lights for my hair in JP nagar 2nd phase branch. First the colour did come properly after that they said come tomorrow for correction and after the correction my hair's became horrible. Every time the manager Mr.Anil says that no one is there to attended us and always says because ylg owner don't want many people working in his salon.
