Dear Sir, Again I would have remind you that my mobile was water damage, as per your suggestion I had send my Yureka device on 22 Sep. 2015 by DTDC Courier whose docket no is : D23858734 and device reached to your office on 26 sep 2015at 02:50 pm received by security guard and receiving given to DTDC courier by Company stamp. After wards I had contact so many times with customer care executive and every executive assured me that my device will reach to me with in week but still know I didn't receive my device or any call by your side. Even you neither generate the way-bill till now nor you send me by mail. So please explain me why you are taking so much time for replacing the mobile. If you didn't replace new device than please provide me my damage mobile. Or should I go to Consumer Court for this matter. On 18th, Dec.2015 but Yet I am not receive any product.please investigate where my stuffs.and how many days you will take to delivered my product at my home.
