Yu Televentures — Payment done still not received replacement product | |||
Hi I dropped my phone on 5th feb 2016 and the display was cracked. I immediately called YU Support. They asked me to go to Micromax service station in my city. That service station refused to do it so i again called YU they asked me to go in another service station in my city. I went there they also refused. I again called YU they told me to go in third service centre. That service centre kept my phone for some weeks and returned me saying that company is not replying. I again called YU. This time they asked me to pay 7000rs through Payumoney online. And the replacement Device will be delivered door step. I made the payment on 23rd march immediately when i was told to do so. Since then they didn't ship my phone even after complaining countless times. They kept asking me for wait 7 more days for so many times till 18th may. On 18th may 2016 Delhivery website showed my device as shipped. After that for so many days the device was not delivered even when it was showing the status as received in destination city. I kept calling Delhivery for delivery of the product they kept asking me to wait. On 30th may the Delhivery website showed the product as Lost/Stolen/Theft. I called Delhivery they asked me to call YU. I called YU they keep saying they will look into it but never reply after that. Till today they haven't replied me through phone or email and when i call they shamelessly answer that they have forwarded the request beyond that they dont speak a word.
