Zaakpay.com — refund amount didn't get into my account | |
I have booked ticket on 01/02/2019 payment completed i have paid through sbi debit card and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 08/02/2019 & irctc says payment refunded in zkpy (Zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. If i pay through debit card so why you refund zaakpay. I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. So please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.

I have ordered pizza made payment with your gateway, through uber eats app, after some time when i checked the app order was vanish with no records, so intelligent. Your stealing customers hard earn money, such big fraud shame on you, i will not your gate way in future
