Zaakpay.com — refund not received in bank account | |||||
I did two transaction to book railway tickets via IRCTC App on 5 Oct 2018. For Transaction ID: [protected] amount 2135.49 was deducted from bank account but ticket was not booked and For Transaction ID: [protected] amount 2135.49 booked which was cancelled immediately which have the refund amount of 2070.00. According to IRCTC transaction history both amount have been refund back to Zaakpay PG but both the amount is not credited back to my bank account. Please resolve this and return the refunded amount to my bank account as soon as possible.
