Zaakpay.com — transaction timeout but money deducted

Hi Zaakpay,

I made payment of Rs 8130.98 on[protected] with trasaction ID ICIf7ecb2298a1c4a2eaf29d0c9a5ddc6b6 to UPI ID [protected]@icici for paying the loan on Kreditbee app using mobiwik payment gateway. But before the payment got confirmed, the page timed out but money got deducted from my account. Please kindly initiate refund for the same.

I recieved an email from pg.[protected]@mobiwik.com regarding initiation of refund on[protected]. But still no refund recieved after one week. Please kindly do needful to initiate refund at the earliest.
