I am B.L.SHARMA from jaipur(RAJASTHAN). i purchased a ZEN M 72 white colour handset at[protected]from dealer m/s LODHA POWER PROJECTS. after puchasing handset i got a problem that phone book was not open either shortcut or menu process. i contact to dealer for that problem and they provide me authorised service centers list. i contact to my nearest service center. he told me that the problem is due to a software, will available in 3-4 days....

respected concerned people,i have given my cell phone at the service center of zen mobile namely asian electronics in rajouri garden nearly 10 to 12 times in the last 1 n a half month during the guarantee period itself.the mobile phone did not work even once everytime i got it back.i have to go all the way from dwarka to submit and collect my phone back repeatedly.i was asked to purchase a new battery and even after doing so it did not work.i...

I have complaint against Zen mobile for cheating with customer. I had brought Zen mobile (Z-66) from Chhabra Watch & Radio shop, Madangir, New Delhi-62 on dated 07.05.2011 with two year warranty. The shopkeeper said at the time of inspection of Z-66 mobile that those features are written on box cover of Zen mobile all are active and fully working condition. The charger point was not working properly, when I joned your Service Centre "Atithi Telecom" in last Jan. 2011, than he received my charger point and told that 2nd Pc. of Charger you will receive within 7 days but till date he didn't...

i have three times replaced the zen Z77 model phone . the phone was automaticlly restart at any time. the mobilre store saw amount not refund but mobile only repalaced. plz requst u sir/madam...
