Zomato — 1800 rs charged as a cancellation charge for the order which is not delivered after waiting 3 hour | |||
I have placed an order against order no. [protected] on 14 oct 2018 at 5: 13 pm from ambay sweet. But it is not delivered till 7:45 pm, than i have arrange the cake from our local restaurant & cantacted the zomato customer service through chat to cancel the order as it is getting too much late & issue my refund. But they had given me 200 rs zomato credit as a token of apology & seized my 1800 rs as a cancellation charges. I was never informed about this cancellation charge. This is very unethical to wait the customer 3 hour & than charge the cancellation fee. I have paid 1800 rs for the order which i have never received. Please arrange to refund my money through original payment method. Was this information helpful? | |||

My order was not placed yet... But amount was debited in my accout... I want to reflect my amoubt back...

I placed an order in McDonald (Hub Mall, Gorgaon (E), Mumbai) on 9th Oct 2018
After I am done with Payment via net banking I didn’t receive any order confirmation message.
I called restaurant and they said order is not placed yet.I paid Rs 2, 735/- from my bank account
Please let me know the process for refund.
