Zomato — drunk driver for delivering the food

Rider came drunk and faked that he has a cycle.
He came late 1 hour and was on bike.
Zomato chat executive was not at all helpful and all i think i chatted with a robot.
No response on how the escalation will happen.
I'm escalating this as i don't want a drunk driver to go around delivering any female house late night.

I placed a order recently and it was undelivered and they cancelled the order without consulting me and didn't refunded my amount too. When I called the delivery boy and told him that why the order has not been delivered and cancelled automatically he spoke to me with abusive manner. I want my refund.

I had ordered 2 full quantities of chicken dish.First of all the Zomato valley was delayed.He delivered the wrong quantity of food and charged full price.I chatted with the Zomato people but they are not responding.

Order number [protected], money deducted from my account, zomato received it as per phone pe but did not pay it to restaurent i had to stay without food for 24 hours that day so I want 1 lakh compensation from zomato for making me sick
I placed order today from ZOMATO the order amount was amount was 903. The amount got deducted but status is showing payment incomplete. I tried twice and total deducted amount from my account is 1806. Both orders shows payment incomplete. There is no response from your customer care support. I want my refund ASAP. Please take immediate action.
I ordered on Zomato and paid through Google pay. Money has been deducted but the payment hasn't got through, nor has my order. This is extremely inconvenient . Please refund the money as soon as possible. I will not be ordering on zomato till this is resolved.
I ordered food from Annapurna and paid the amount 102 using phonepe. In the Zomato app it shows payment could not be processed but phonepe app confirms that the transaction went through. Money was deducted from my bank account too. The support chat is not responding. I have no idea about current status of my order!
I have ordered twice on zomato for 481 481 rupees both the time my money has been deducted from my account but payment was not made on restaurant
Plz change my dilevery location facing more issues in this area
