Zomato — food and money | |||
I tried placing an order in zomato but the order did not palced and i received message from bank that my balance got deducted from my bank account... I tried contacting zomato but no response from them... I want my money back and a strict action against zomato.. I messaged them to try to chat.. But no reply... Google to find customer care number and the numbers are switched off... Two hours continuously i tried phone numbers and message also... But these guys are so irresponsible... They don't bother... They don't care about customer problems... Please take a strict action against zomato as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I made an order on[protected] for Rs.550.34. i made the payment through my axis bank debit card. The order was failed. But the money has been debited from by bank account. But the money has not been credited back to my account yet (09.06.2018). Order ID ZTD3D-18-E161A2F103C.
