Zomato — i am complaining about non-delivery of food and also about not refunding my amount.

Today, few hours ago, i placed an order from pizza hut on zomato and after 30 min i got a call from zomato rider that i have entered a incorrect address and i have explained him about the exact location. He refused to deliver the order as i have requested him 100 times and i was ready to pay him rs 100 extra for delivering food. I do not why i was offering him delivery charges as it was not my fault.

Note, that it was a prepaid order, delivery boy collected it from the restaurant however didn't delivered to me.

When i have contacted the zomato chat support i have been told that your order has been cancelled due to wrong address.

I am still wondering that how my address could be incorrect, when i have got many successful deliveries in past from zomato itself.

My delivery address was friends colony jalandhar but rider was saying that it was 8km distance and he has no time as he has many other personal work to do. I request him like anything and i was ready to pay him the delivery charges. He wasted my time and he was not at all ready to cooperate with me. He made me so frustrated. Now, the customer care of zomato is also saying that amount is non - refundable. Is this your way of doing a busuness? Also, tell me one thing, why would i provide a wrong address for an prepaid order?.

So i am not accepting this and would need the amount to be refunded with compensation. This is my hard earned money and i would not let anyone steal it from me either its a small amount or big. I am highly disappointed with your services and i am definitely will take a legal actions if my amount of rs 455 will not be refunded by zomato. By doing this, you are just harassing your customers, nothing else.

Someone used my paytm wallet [protected] since 2nd sep to oder in Zomato.

And Zomato is not replying me who used my paytm wallet to order food.

More than 1800 rs deducted from my account.

I have orderd my food through app by mistaken but after few seconds i have cancelled my order [protected] no .ur chat support confirm that but i after few mins i recevied msg that ur order is on the way and for that order i have to pay 286 . What kind of service ur providing.
I ordered today from a restaurant in pune. The order was worth 80/-. Money was deducted immediately but the order wasn't placed. And I couldn't even contact customer care. Neither did I receive any confirmation saying when would the return my money
