Zomato — incomplete delivery | |||
We ordered 2 items from kfc but we received only one of them. We complained at the head office 3 times n each time they said the outlet will call is shortly. We never received that call n then when we called the outlet directly they said that it's late n they will see into it tomorrow. The person who ordered it was frustrated a lot. I just ordered something, amount debited in my account but its showing order not placed . Please do the needful .
I placed an order to UBQ barbeque nation at Omaxe Connaught place, greater noida.
I paid the money through Google pay and the money is deducted from my account.
But on zomato its showing that payment is incomplete.
I also tried to chat on Zomato Chat but there also nothing helped.

I ordered food from a restaurant and when I did the payment process the money was detected from my card but even after the money transaction the order was not placed and it showed as incomplete payment and I did not get any mesaage about the refund of money and there was no helpline .So will the money be refunded? And why was the order not placed.
