Dear sir I'm rajendra tawde I have first time ordered on zomato Order code :-[protected] Mode of payment :-paytm Order name :- mojo 🍕 pizza doubly loaded Today i had called mojo pizza azad nagar branch and they said my order is cancelled and he said that my money will be refunded in next 5 days but when i'm checking my app order list the order is delivered but not received the order please check something is wrong And it is showing the money cannot be refunded. Zomato took money and didn't delivere my food I tried to call many times it was busy when spiked to Zomato company they are making excuses and saying they cannot refund I said if you cannot deliver I will get from restaurant they said we have some protocol we cannot say and rest is below in screenshot

This is very bad experience i have ever seen with any service provider. Zomato service provider delivered worst pizza. No one can have it . It is kept here with me and while i was trying to call there is no one answering the call.
