Zomato — my order was cancelled by restaurant and the time for returning money was given as 2 to 8 working days | |||||
Im sriram teja with mail id: [protected]@gmail.com order no [protected], McD, Vijayawada paid online using Zomato on 06 nov 2018. the restaurant confirmed the order, they despatched the delivery executive but later they take the food back and cancelled it based on distance, or atleast thats the reason they gave. My complaint is regarding the time they gave to return my money? why should the customer be penalised like this for paying online?( GoI encourages digital payments on one side ). Zomato should reply why i shouldnt take this up with consumer forum of vijayawada. (motto of forum is customer service satisfaction, remember?) Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had placed order through zomato. The money was deducted from my paytm account twice but the order was not placed. As per paytm customer care, the payment was success ful..when i sent chat message. The chat wait time showed 1min but even now they have not added replied.
