Zomato — not refunded despite talking to customer care

I ordered fm empire restaurant through zomato on 10/10/2018 at 12.26pm. O didn't get a status of my order hence contacted customer care who told me there was some technical issues and my order was not accepted and i could re place my order in a while. Please note, my payment was already done through paytm. Not wanting to wait indefinitely, i went ahead and placed my order with swiggy. I was told the money will be credited to my account. Meanwhile, the delivery guy fm empire delivered the food at 1.45pm. My mom had picked up the food thinking it was the food from swiggy. Customer service informed me of the same and i told her to pick up the food as it's not needed and to refund me and i was denied. Firstly, you didn't accept my order and you wanted me to wait indefinitely till you rectified your technical issues??? I ordered in at 12.26pm and food comes in at 1.45pm. Have the decency to make matters right when there is fault on your side. Stop with all the cheating!!

I have ordered for a total of 360rs from the Zomato app via netbanking. After entering the OTP I go back to the Zomato app to find that my order has not been received yet. I've been frantically looking for my order for past 30 mins. Please look into it.

Dear sir. I was order KFC at Barrackpore West Bengal outlet and I was payment through online I am waiting for the confirmation after sometime I complain
Zomato online help service butt my order was not confirmed form Zomato they said within 7 days money will be refunded but I am still waiting for refund.
The rider was told not the ring the bell still lie rang the bell at 1am on the night. Horrible service he took the order I paid by paytm no refund nothing.
Sir i have already provided all d docs required to register a cafe in zomato for delivery in last monty but still there is no response frm ur side.
I have also called on customer carw but no1 pics ph.
The zomato employee who is handling all this is also not helpfuul

I just conveyed my concern about the bad food they served me and zomato had blocked my number they even did not inform me warn me in this thing.its their responsibility to inform customer if he had done any wrong thing.i was unable to order in zomato
SO I REQUEST THEM TO AUTHORISE MY PHONE NUMBER PLEASE...
