Zomato — order cancelled no refund | |||
I have ordered through zomato to dominos pizza The order number is [protected] paid through paytm done on 8 september . After the order was done I want to cancel it, I contacted the support and they told me that I need to contact the restaurant. I have contacted the dominos and they have cancelled the order . They have told me that I will get my refund in 7 working days . I waited patiently for the refund . I contacted support to escalate the issue I also contacted dominos they told me since it a zomato order I will get my refund through zomato . On the other hand order is showing delivered on zomato . When I contacted support they again told me that I will take 72 hours to fix the issue . I have made the order on 08/09/2018 and today its 20/09/2018 but still i have not recivced any call and response from zomato for the same . After following five days with zomato they are saying they cannot do anything on other hand dominos is saying to contact zoamto for the refund . There is no transperncy in zomato communication they do not give any referrence number or you cannot call them . Its a very poor service and support by zomato Was this information helpful? | |||
