Zomato — order is still getting prepared (after 2 days ) | |||
Hi, I had ordered the an onion pizza and classic combo- Non veg. The order was of 271 Rs. I ordered the above food item on 3rd September at 11:46 AM. After that I got a call from Domios that the order cannot be delivered as the can't go at this moment. I requested them as I orders for someone's birthday but they said that they cannot deliver and later that on second call they told it is zomatos fault and they have to cancel it from their end as dominos has already cancelled it.I told the domino's associate that the order is pending so they behaved very rudely and cut the line. After few hours I found that the order is still showing as getting prepared on application. As there is no option to call zomato hence I contacted through chat. Three times in the span of 24 hours they told me to call dominos which i told I already did so they said it will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. Please check the screenshot of the untrained zomato associated who are writing contradictory statement to me on the chats. Today is 5th and still the order is showing getting prepared and the order is not even cancelled so how can I expect my money. I dont trust them. Please refund my money back .
