Zomato — order not delivered no refund processed | |||
I have ordered cashewnut chicken curry from zomato on 13.10.19 for rs 187 through zomato app and paid online from guntur, andhra pradesh. Ordered item was declined delivery saying wrong address and order cancelled by zomato. I was not given the order nor i was given a refund. I was staying at the same address mentioned in zomato app from a very long time. I am a genuine, regular food ordering person from zomato. Is this a fair practise from zomato to me? I was not given delivery of ordered item nor i was given refund nor there was a proper channel to complain at zomato. As a honest, regular customer ofzomato i was treated like this. I feel cheated, humiliated from zomato.. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have booked an order using zomato app (from burger king sector-9 Panchkula), the amount was deducted from my account but I didn't receive the order. (payment method google pay).
In the order details, they are showing that the payment is incomplete without refunding my amount.
