Zomato — order number: [protected] , order amount of 267 has been deducted from my icici bank account , but order showing as "incomplete payment"

I was trying to place an order of Rupees 267 on ZOMATO on 03/02/20, the order wasn't confirmed but the Order amount was deducted from my Bank account and the order is not confirmed.

Please take note of the attached transaction message from ICICI Bank showing the amount has been debited from my account however the order is not showing confirmed and is showing as payment incomplete.

I request ZOMATO to refund me my deducted amount by today or give me a confirmation that my order has been confirmed.
