Zomato — refund not received for over a month and stopped getting responses from the customer service chat

I had tried to renew my gold membership in december 2019 but though the amount was deducted from my account, the membership wasn't renewed. On speaking to the customer service through chat, i found that there was a payment gateway failure and hence the transaction didn't go through. I was told i'll be getting a refund in 5-7 days. It has been a month since but i still haven't received it and now i have stopped getting responses from the customer service chat on the app.

I want to refund my money because you have deducted two times money in my account...
Money got deducted from my paytm wallet, 281.67 rs. I have not ordered anything
