Zomato — refund still not initiated | |
On 3rd november at 03:21 pm i have ordered food from melt in and my order Id: [protected]. Due to bad packaging the food was spilt. I complained zomato and shared the image they told me they initiated a complete refund and 138 zomato credits and my order amount was 554. So after waiting for 24hrs i again start chatting with another executive and that executive told me no refund was initiated from there end so he will initiate the refund right now. Now the still i didn't recieved any refund i again complained zomato another executive told me he will look into the matter and did nothing. Now i again contacted the support the 4th executive now telling me they have no provision for refund. They will refund the amount to zomato wallet after 24hrs. And told them why in zomato wallet i'm supposed to get it in my card. And i have the screen shots where they told me i will get back the amount in my card. On 6th nov they still not initiated the refund. So bad experience from zomato. They don't even respect customers. Kindly solve my problem and i want the refund in my card or in my paytm wallet. And after that i will close my zomato account. Sorry to say but swiggy is much better than zomato. Was this information helpful? | |
