Zomato — repetition of missing items and harassment | |||||
This is to inform you that i have ordered food through zomato n number of times and sometimes, the butter is missing, sometime coffee is missing, sometimes pickle.. I had a chat with chat support and they don't even trust customers and do not provide any resolution.. They deduct 20rs and refund only 10.. I escalated the concern. So i received a call back from the supervisor abhishek.. That guy is also telling me that restaurant will adjust this in next order although i paid through zomato.. I am looking for 100 rs credit for all the hassle and inconvenience.. Abhishek only added 30 and that is without my permission.. Did not have the proper details for my order.. Checked the january order and said you got 5 rs credit although not sure why.. Later on he said.. He cannot give me more credit than 30.. I order 2 times on madina restaurant each rs 134 means total 267rs deducted from my sbi account but my Zomato history has empty ...i want my money back ...its not gud...i am quite embarrance for these experience...it was the bad expirience in my whole life ...i want justice ...i want my money back...I want my money back with gift

I ordered today from fatboys restaurant and made payment via debit card..Money ws deducted from my account but got a gateway error message and order is not booked...I tried to chat with the support team but its been 30mins and no one responding

After waiting on chat for nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes. I dint get any respond and I even tried calling them but after 2 failed tries of connecting connected with agent, I din't try again
I ordered food from Zomato my money deducted from bank and the payment gateway was just buffering. My order was not placed. After that it was shown in app as payment incomplete please complete payment in my order. This happened to me twice today. And also on October 2nd. My money hasn’t been refunded yet.

I ordered from waffle nation and after applying the promo code, my grand total to be paid was Rs.139. This amount got deducted twice from my card. What am I supposed to do know to get my refund. Kindly look into this matter promptly. It was my first order on Zomato and this definitely doesn't make it a good experience.
