We placed an order rs. 540/-with zomato. Money deducted but can't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app

I order the food midnight but zomato was not able to deliver my food I was hungry and after 1 hr. They are saying that we are not able to contact with restaurant so we are cancelling your order. I didn't have my food yesterday . And I am going to file a complain about it .. or I want the same food which I have ordered yesterday at the same price.

Hello, i have ordered food from dominoes just few minutes ago, money is deducted but no order is placed. This is happened even before in online payment. money has been deducted but no order is placed or no information is gone to the restaurant. we had expected a good service from from an app like Zomato but unfortunately it is really very disappointing that every time money is being deducted but no order is been placed in the restaurant also no complaint redressal or customer care services are being provided by Zomato. kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.
