Zomato — worst delivery with zomato | |||
Dear sir/madam I am writing this mail with lot of frustration and anger because this is the 3rd time in a row it has happened that i have ordered the food from zomato and i didn't get it... Everytime time there has been lame excuse from zomato which sounds really stupid because i am unable to believe that how can a professional company respond with the idiotic reasons... You can check my records available in my chat with your customer care people and understand that despite following up i didn't receive my food. Today is the height of frustration because immediately after placing my order i informed your customer care via chat that i have placed an order and told him about my past experience with zomato... I git commitment from your person that today this will not happen... But but but the same thing g happened again... Now i am 100% convinced that foodpanda and swiggy are far far far better than your organization.. Being a marketing head with a mnc you can mark my words that...
