Zomato — wrong order delivery and no response to repetitive emails | |||
I had placed two orders from the same restaurant on zomato one night. The first order was two burger meals which was delivered incomplete. On chat support, they offered me credits which i have not received yet. The other order was of noodles and fried rice and what i received was a chicken burger. I have sent repetitive mails for both these issues but they haven't responded back yet. It's been 6 days already and it's just getting more and more disappointing each passing day. I have odered pizza on 16th sept. I have paid through net banking total paid 160 rs but resturant didnt aceept oder that time. I have received msg that my payment will refund in 3 to 4 working days but still not received.Kindly refund asap

I have ordered two dishes for my friend from Indian grill. The bill was of 316 RS which was ultimately deducted from my account but the order wasn't accepted from zomato. I have paid the amount using Google pay and I have mentioned the transaction photo and the denial of order from zomato. Also there is no other medium to reach zomato. Please hel
