Yesterday i had ordered food from zomato and the restaurant rm where i ordered they delivered me a rotten food nd when i told this to zomato customer service they refunded back my money but after some time they blocked my account without informing me and when i tried to email them they all went unresponsive from yesterday onwards i have wrote them so many emails but they are not replying nor they are telling why they blocked my account please do something regarding this as because my money is there in that account

My Account is blocked and i don't know the reason behind i had my money in the app wallet and its blocked and i tried to mail Zomato 2-3 times they just said that it can't be unblocked, but i want my money in the wallet so please unblock my account and I'll again be the customer of the Zomato

Yesterday I had ordered food which was less in quantity and was very oily. I made several complaints yesterday and today my account is blocked. The reason stated was 'unusual activity'; why is complaining an unusual activity?
Why can't they serve people what they promised?
I account has been suspended for no reason for over 15 days. I cant even open the app so cant use the gold. I tried to contact through emaik but they did not respond. Also I tried to contact through helpline number but alk the number are invalid or out of service. What nonsense is this?
