Zomato — zomato company not refunding | |||
My mobile number is [protected]. I placed an order with zomtao mumbai for hotel lijesh as follow on december 8 2019 at 10.28 for following item "1 x1 idiyappam with egg curry" and arrange payment through paytm for rs 116 suddeny i find promotion code number not applied so i went to cancel the order They send me two messages "since your order preparation has already begun we would not able to provide with you refund" "do you really want to proceed with the cancellation" I have seen their only one message due to some net problem as follows "do you really want to proceed with the cancellation" So i replied yes and ordered the same item within two minutes and paid the amount of order. Now they are saying we will not refund you the amount which i paid through paytm rs 116.
