Zopnow Retail — Money deducted from my account but no product delivered | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I m Vicky here from Mumbai, I have placed an order on 24th April'21 on your reputed online portal i.e. Zopnow. I have ordered the following items : 1. Fortune sunflower refined oil - 5l pet jar 2. Madhur Sugar -5 Kg 3. 1 tray of eggs 4. 100Gms almonds 5. 500 gms of Ghee 6. 1 Kg chicken. the amount of the above items comes to Rs 751/- which have paid through my Paype. (Screenshots enclosed ) after paying the above amount, I haven't received the items nor I have received any payment confirmation or any receipt for the same. Requesting you to pls look into the matter and do the needful. Do check your online portal order record and Bank account on the same day i.e/ 24th April 2021. you can find my below-mentioned details.
