I order xlr8 deo on april 14 2016. Still, they didn't delivered it. The customer care facility is also not good. They promise to get it delivered by this week (1st week of may). Their claim of returning the money in 12 days in case of non-delivery of item is not acknowledged by them only. Now, consumer forum should enter into this matter and shut this fraud company looting people. The owner should be sent behind the bars. Please don't buy anything from this site.

One item from my order no.[protected] dt 18th april for 2 items has not been delevered till date despite so many mails & messages left on their customer care system. neither do they respond even though they have taken complete payment through net banking.
Only once they replied on their Facebook page that customer care will resolve the issue but neithe they replied nor resolved my issue.

I have placed on order on www.zotezo.com on april 20, 2016 but still not received any order or any mail from www.zotezo.com. I tried contacting their customer care number but the number is invalid. I have created on support ticket on their website but they are not responding back. Please help me get a refund of my money spent on their website.

My complaint pertains to non delivery of items against my on line order at www.zotezo.com after making full payment in advance through credit card

Details of my complaint are as follows

Three items ordered as follows
1) blood glucose test strips sku[protected] rs 300
2) baidyanath madhumehari sku 98 rs 234
3) blood pressure monitor sku22031 rs 1250
Total payment of rs 1784 made in advance thru credit card

Immediately after the order
Received item no 2 (Sku 98) (Rs 234/-) on 24th jan 2016 through blue dart tracking no. [protected]


I have been repeatedly complaining to them regarding non delivery of two remaining items of my order vide following ticket nos

After so much follow up

Received item no. 1 (Sku [protected]) on 26th feb through fedex tracking
No.[protected].
( pl note that the packing list showed two items i.E. Item no. 1 and item no. 3 where as the packet contained only one item i.E item no. 1)

I have immediately brought this to zotezo's notice on 26th feb through my complaint
Id: pcd[protected] with following message
‘i have just received one packet thru fedex courier from mr vivek panchal, microgene diagnostic systems pvt ltd, new delhi 110020 but it contains only one item i.E.Blood glucose test strips (25 nos) sku[protected] rs 300
Other item i.E blood pressure monitor sku22031 rs 1250 has not been received still’


Response to all my above complaints has been lacking ( with every complaint they have been writing that ‘one of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible’ but no one has ever contacted me so far during last one and half months)


Finally after one and half month i could get one email response to my last complaint dated 26th feb. But in the response they are stating that my order has been delivered.
This is completely wrong.

So against my above order for three items (Worth rs 1784/-) i have received only two items (Worth rs 534/-). Main item worth rs 1250 has not been received still, where as entire payment has been made in advance on 17th jan 2016.
As per zotezo last mail( which they have responded after 10 days of my complaint) they are writing that my entire order has been delivered, which is not correct and the major value item has still not been delivered.
I have requested them to immediately refund an amount of rs 1250/- to me, because for last one and half month they are not able to deliver the item, but there is no response from them.

Ordered an electric kettle worth rs 799 from zotezo on 17th april. Saw the reviews of the site, they were bad but the price was low so opted for cash on delivery at an additional charge just to take a gamble. They sent me a tracking number on 19th. The estimate was to reach till 24th. The product reached my city on 23rd but it was handed over to VENDOR, not me. Its 26th and yet no delivery has taken place. Three calls, three mails, no response. Even the calls go to voice mail. Zero support. AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID ! . DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ONE PAGE ADS . ITS A FRAUD SITE.

I ordered a product on zotezo.com on 22th April with the order Id =[protected] and I have also done the payment but still the status of order is showing in processing.
And I have contacted them through their helpdesk as well as through their customer care number but got no reply from them.
Please look into this matter as early as possible otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer court because it's a fraud as after getting money they are not responding

I have ordered a set of 3 fog deo for around Rs 500/- around 40 days back but still not received. I received an email hat my item is shipped but when I contacted shipper after 10-12 days they said that they have not received any packet from Zotezo so far and there are similar complaints. I tried reaching toll free number but it is not reachable ( get disconnected automatically) . I have written a few mails to company customer care email ID but no response is received so far.

It seems that this company is making fool of people by offering low pricing in their ad which is appearing in Times of India regularly and they don't have any plan to dispatch the products. Just collecting funds and will be shutting shop thinking people will not be lodging case for small amounts but seeing the number of frauds, it is very important that all victims come together and lodge a police complaint or this forum helps us to take up the matter. TImes of India and other news papers should also stop advertising for this company.

Please do not buy any product from this company

This is the second time I am writing about Zotezo fraud. They are not delivering the product nor giving me refund. Consumer complaint website seems ineffective in helping us witj this. I think Zotezo is definitely a fraud company looting people in India. This has to be stopped. If no action is taken this time, I will take this imformation to a higher authority.
Request to all the people who feels that Zotezo have cheated them, please file a police complaint or give it in newspaper in your state.
We can come together and shut this fraud company.

Have done online purchaseof olive oil from zotezo.com on feb 21 with order no[protected] and till date the product is not delivered. Tried to contact customer care number [protected] many times with no response and voicemails not replied. Sent mail twice and response is still awaited. It appears zotezo.com is a fraudulent company with very bad service. Govt need to intervene and take action on these type of companies to protect conservative rights and belief in online trade

I have ordered nova mini electric tandoor on 28 feb 2016 with Zotezo. Com

I tried calling them many times but to not avail neither they are replying on mails .

I wonder how they are cheating so many people and why a Newspaper Like Times Of India are giving their advertisment on every week when they are fooling people .

My order Id is #[protected]. My advice for Zotezo.com site please try to maintain quality goods. My product is ok. But it would be color damage for the leakage. Overall Good site. Thanks zotezo.com. Zotezo.com is way beyond an ecommerce site on health, beauty, fitness, wellness and integrates the fun of social media in your online shopping. Very nice website first time in Kolkata.

Few items were missing from one touch instrument delivered box which i ordered from zotezo.com... Seems like they don't have customer support as tried many times but no one answered the call. Also raised ticket (Xxj[protected] on their site but no one acknowledge it.
Got delivery of item in second week of feb.. Complaint registered thereafter and no action till date... Even after several reminders on their online ticketing system.

The zotezo guys do not even deserve a 1 star as their service is the most pathetic i have encountered. I had ordered a juicer vide order no:[protected] on 18th march with the delivery details as in 6-8 days. I wanted it to be gifted it to my aunt who had visited us for a few days. The product has still not been delivered and they do not have the decency to even reply to a high priority ticket i had raised on their website.

Moreover as they did not have a cash on delivery option available i had paid the whole amount through online payment.

Please do not buy any stuff from their website as you will be at a loss

I ordered a container set om 3rd april 2016, but they did not send me the product till now. I even called their customer no. ([protected]) many times but they did not respond me, for that reason more nearly 10 rupees ia have spent on this phone call. Please do something regarding this matter.

Customer Care is not at all helpful.

If you cannot deliver them why do you give wrong advertisements.

Also kindly refund my amount of rs 278 if you dont want to deliver the product.

If I dont get any response till tomorrow, then I am sorry I will take some action surely.

Every Sunday they purchase a huge column of Times of India, and when placed an order on the portal, only one mail comes confirming the payment. Afterwards there's nothing, no one responds on mail or no one takes a phone call and no need to mention that order will not be delivered. And also fake reviews have been put up for the products being sold on the portal.
I had placed an order on 3rd Apr, and till now its processing and no one is taking calls, by which i know it will be under process forever.
