Three items ordered as follows
1) Blood glucose test strips SKU[protected] Rs 300
2) Baidyanath Madhumehari SKU 98 Rs 234
3) Blood Pressure Monitor SKU22031 Rs 1250
Total Payment of Rs 1784 made in advance thru credit card
Only item no 2 received so far.
Received intimation from Zotezo email dated 5th Feb 2016, that the remaining 2 items have been dispatched thru Fedex ref tracking No[protected].
Since last 15 days I am checking on the Fedex tracking system and it shows same status ‘ Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel.
I have complained to Zotezo at least three to four times thru email addressed to [protected]@zotezo.com and by lodging complaints thru their website www.zotezo.com.

There is no response from Zotezo
I also tried to contact Zotezo on their customer care no[protected] several times during last one month but nobody picks up the phone.
Since the delivery was promised within 15 days I was counting on the same for checking my blood glucose and blood pressure, however because of non delivery of the items I am already suffering.
Zotezo is playing with the health of its unsuspecting customers. Such companies should not be allowed to operate in health sector at least. Zotezo is advertising in reputed news papers like Times of India with full page advertisements but not delivering the ordered items. Zotezo should be barred from advertising in reputed news papers till all pending overdue orders are delivered. If Zotezo does not make amends, I will strive to take this to its logical conclusion. I know from Website of consumer complaint forum that ther are lot of similar complaints against Zotezo and I urge the authorities to take strongest action against Zotezo, if they do not correct the situation immediately.
Zotezo.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Placed order[protected] on 10 Feb 2016.
Raised request for cancellation, contacted on customer care nos and emailed repeatedly.
No response received despited repeated reminders.
Very unsatisfactory etailer indeed.

        However, dispatch and delivery of said product is not yet initiated,
        The said problem is always existing with the company and on call to customer care of the company either call has not attended or if attended their answer should not be satisfactory.
        Sir kindly ask to company why the company is not dispatching the item.

          The company is sending product which was manufactured in 2012 where as I have purchased it on Jan 2016. Tired to call on customer care number more then 10 times during day that too between 10 - 6pm but no respond.. I wanted to complain regarding the complain for sending me the dead stock without bringing into my notice.

              My order - #[protected] which I placed on 18th Jan 2016 has not yet been acknowledged with status as 'processing' .
              There has not been any response from customer care after multiple complaints. The site doesn't provide an option to cancel the order either. It seems like a fraud company.

                I paid through payubiz to zotezo for placing order for Rs.228.00. now zotezo says they did not receive money from payubiz. but payubiz says they paid the money and your money is with zotezo. I don't know who is fraudulent.

                  Hello Sir/Madam, I have purchased a philips iron from zotezo.com on 27th Dec 2015. I have done the payment of Rs749/- for the same. my order number is #[protected]. Everytime i call the company says it will shipped shortly. Now its 15 days over still on tracking it shows my oder is in process. Company promised me to ship it on 2nd of Jan. then on 4th of Jan. then on 6th of Jan. then they said shortly shipped.

I used to coordinate with Neeraj Tiwari (Snr Supply Chain[protected] but he wasted months of time and now they don't even care to respond.                         made an online purchase with Zotezo for fitness product on 26th Nov 2015 worth Rs.2, 727 and it was showing to be delivered with 9 days but there is no updates nor message from Zotezo on the products. It is still showing as in the "Processing stage". I tried to reach the customer care but it always goes to voicemail and though VM is left they never return the call. So, I sent emails to their helpdesk and the sales dept but they have not responded nor cared about my emails. I am so bugged up with their service. If they are not able to deliver the items they should respond and refund the amount. But they are least bothered about it. I dont know how to get my money back from them. It is more than 15 days now and still not have heard anything from them. So, request you to please help me on this. Thanks.

                            Product not shipped after payment This is with regard to www.zotezo.com online shopping website. I placed an order (order number #[protected] on 24-Nov-2015. Payment was through HDFC Bank Credit Card and money was debited immediately. They confirmed (via SMS and email) the order has been received and will be dispatched in next 48 hours. After that on 1st Dec 2015 is locked a ticket on the site and they closed the ticket replying that the same will be delivered within this week and they will share the shipping details. But till date the product is not delivered and I didn't got any updates regarding shipping. Please help me out in getting this resolved.

                              Order placed on 9/10/15 for 2 combos of ms dhoni 7 deo and payment was done by through debit card i have received only one combo. I have tried calling[protected] several times from different number but it reachs to voicemail. I have sent several mails but they dont reply. Its a mental harrasment given by them by offering worst customer service!! Yet to receive one more combo

                                Please note that instead of Sandalwood Cream with MRP INR 999/- I have been given Aloe Vera cream whose market price is INR 499/- though the package shows sandalwood dry face pack. Please note that I have not ordered face pack. Please replace. Moreover I have not received the below mentioned items. I have mentioned it in the delivery boys receipt. My experience compelled me to believe that yours is a fraud fly by night company. Please inform whether I would get the below mentioned orders at all.                                     I have ordered a double bed mosquito net worth Rs. 849/- through www.zotezo.com on 7th Oct. 2015, as per the adv. given in Times of India. I have already paid the sum through ATM card Till now I do not get any sms or email regarding when I will get my product. Also customer care no. [protected] is never answered by any one. I have also checked reviews of this website on the internet, all of them says that, they have not received product even after 4-5 months. Kindly take the proper action against this website and related people.

                                    This site ZOTEZO.COM is taking the advantage o[censored]n organized customers spread through out India generated by big ads in Times of India. I am certainly going to drag this company in the courts for service deficiencies and tall claims and pathetic customer service. Please forward me all complaints of similar nature to help me file a joint case on behalf o[censored]nited customers who have been cheated in similar fashion. I am also the victim of this poor customer service. I wonder why a reputed news paper like times of India still allows this sham operation to use their ad space only for the sake of money forgetting the poor customers who are their readers?
