I had ordered product of worth 2000 rupees on 18th of june and still there is no response of from the company on the product.. i tired a lot to reach there customer care and their email id but no one is responsing and i am so much depressed with their service. this is my order number your order #[protected]. please request you to help me in this regards n help me to sue this fraud company and they have been so careless.

    Dear sir,

    I have booked a jaipan mop (set with built in wringer), quantity 2 nos. for rs. 1998/- by given the ordrer to zotezo - india’s wellness destinations, online shopping portal against the confirmed order no.[protected] on dt. 31.05.2016.

    They had confirm the order by return email on the same day on 31 may 2016. and accordingly we have received the material by courier.

    But we have received qty-1 no. only, as our order quantity is and payment done for 2 quantity. and the mop which we have received that is also damage. for the same when we launch the complaint to courier for received the short material they are not hearing to us nor zotezo responding to our complaint.

    Inspite of repeated reminder, phone call, emails. nor they have given any reply to our complaint. it is requested to intervene in the matter and refund us our payment or released 1 short jaipan mop product with old damage replacement from the zotezo, with interest thereon.

    Sir, you are requested to please look into our complaint and help us accordingly.

              I had placed an order dated 25.4.2016 for some cosmetics valued inr 1, 215.50 order no.[protected]. I have already made the payment through sbi debit card on pos 00001824 at payu in txn#[protected]. Out of these 14 items in a month's span after repeatative reminders i have only recieved 1 item.Inspite of repeatative assurances from the company's side that the rest items will be delivered in 4-5 days nothing else have arrived. Now 2 days back when i called their customer care number they informed me that some products (4 in number) can'y be delivered due to some issues thus they will cancell the order of those 4 items although no written cancellation or information about the cancellation and how and when my money will be refunded was conveyed to me. Moreover the rest 9 items apart from that has also not been recieved. These people are fooling me around for a month. I found out in online reviews that this practice they have done will many others too all over india. I feel frustated and been cheated.                 I ordered a Blood Glucose monitor seeing their advertisement in Times of India on 3rd April 2016. Payment was made and i have confirmation message from the company on this. Tried to contact this company but all calls are going to a voice mail box and nobody responds. emails are also not being replied. strongly doubt this is one fraud company. can any body help?

                  I have ordered the above product on april 24th, 2016. I paid rs 565 using net banking. I have emailed the company several times but no body has ever responded. When you call customer service no body picks up the phone. I have also requested to refund my money but no body has responded to that request. The order shows that it is being process.                     My order no[protected] dt 19th april 2016 not yet despatched.

                    I had lodged an online complaint on the website on 2nd may 2016. (Complaint no dow[protected]. They had assured that the despatch has been delayed due to some logistics problem & will be despatched in 7 days. But goods have not been despatched.

                    Since then i have been trying to contact the toll free no [protected] to sort out my problem. There is no representative to talk on this no. Only requested to leave a voice message on telephone. I have recorded my complaint on telephone also.

                    I have also emailed my problem to [protected]@zotezo.com on 19th may 2016. But yet to receive any call/ reply from any of the company's representative.

                    The website does not have their postal address where i can send a complaint.

                    I have also requested to cancel my order & refund my amount. But there is not a single effort from the company to contact me.

                    I hope this complaint reaches the deaf ears of zotezo.

                    This will be my last visit to zotezo.com.

                          I have placed an order with Zotezo.com on 3rd of April but I have not received my order till 20th of April. Then I continuously tried to reach them by mail and call but neither they were responding on mail nor there customer care number was working.

                          At last after all tries I was able to speak to them on 27th of April and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. I have got a mail also that my order is being cancelled and refund will be initiated but till date I.e. 15th of May I have not yet received my money.

                          I also have written about this on there Facebook page there reply comes fast but still my refund is not being done.

                            I will strictly advise customers not to buy anything on Zotezo. They donot deliver items based on the committment they make and eat up your money. Their customer care donot pick up calls and respond to innumerous emails. It is a fraudulent company and I will advise customers to stay away from it. I will be also informing the big dailies where they post their ads on not to publish such fraudulent companies advertisements.

                              I placed an order for khadi products after seeing an ad in toi. My order number is[protected]. It was placed on 21/04/16. I just got a "thank you" email that said that the order has been accepted. I tried calling a lot of times but the phone gets transferred to voice mail. I contacted them through their "contact us" section on 25/04/16 and ticket number twt[protected] was generated automatically. I have never got any response from the company ever and the status of my order still shows as processing on their website.

                              The total order amount is rs. 2176.50 and i have made a payment through debit card.

                                      I ordered 5 items on 14/04/2016. One item was delivered on 26/04/2106 but the balance 4 items have not been delivered till date.
                                      Their customer care does not respond and they do not respond to the mails.
                                      Please help to get the balance items delivered. This company posted full page ads in all leading news papers on 14/04/2016 and could have amassed lot of money from unsuspecting customers. Strict action must be taken against such fraud companies.

Order status on the website shows Processing, I have submitted 2 tickets requesting status of my order, both have not been responded yet. There appears to be no customer support team at all for answering even basic queries from customers
