It has been more than a month now and i have not received my parcel. I have written many a times to Zotezo.com but no response from their end.

I also submitted an RMA for my refund but that is also pending since last week.
I have invested 3500rs and now i feel cheated.

Please help me in getting back my money. thank you.

      I made an order from Zotezo on 20.11.2016. My order no[protected]. While making the order "Columbus Boy's Sneaker Canvas Casual Shoes", it was expected that I would receive my shoes withing 6-7 days, as they say on their site. But you see what happened with me. Today it is 07.12.2016 (17 days). Still I am waiting for the delivery. I have called the Customer Care Team, and they said to take this on priority basis. WTH. Again I have to call. It is the way of your services. If I don't receive my shoes within this week, I will lodge a complaint against you.
      In the first order you provided the quality product that is why I am made this second order. I am really pissed because of you.

        There is no response from Zotezo
        I also tried to contact Zotezo on their customer care no[protected] several times during last one month but nobody picks up the phone.
        Zotezo is playing with the health of its unsuspecting customers. Such companies should not be allowed to operate in health sector at least. Zotezo is advertising in reputed news papers like Times of India with full page advertisements but not delivering the ordered items. Zotezo should be barred from advertising in reputed news papers till all pending overdue orders are delivered. If Zotezo does not make amends, I will strive to take this to its logical conclusion. I know from Website of consumer complaint forum that ther are lot of similar complaints against Zotezo and I urge the authorities to take strongest action against Zotezo, if they do not correct the situation immediately.

          I am sachin. I purchased dr. Gene accusure blood glucose monitor system from zotezo. My order id no is[protected] dated 02.11.2016. I ordered this product from zotezo because of the good price offer. I have already received this blood gl. Monitor. The screen of this meter is damaged and i have called the customer care team for the replacement. After delivery, now many days have already gone. Still i am waiting for the replacement. They are just assuring me and not making any replacement. Please help me.

The product was delivered to you on 07.11.16 at 17:35 hrs and you lodge a damage complaint at Zotezo Customer Care on 15.11.2016 at 14:10 hrs. If it was damaged one, you must had to inform us immediately after receiving the blood glucose meter.
          Since we value our customer and we can see that you are making a third time purchase with us, we had decided to give you the replacement, even after receiving the complaint after 8 days of delivery.
          As per our records we have already informed you about the replacement on 17.11.2016 at 15:17 hrs. This has been informed to you that have to wait for another 10-12 days. We have already shipped the product from our warehouse 2 days back. The product has been sent for delivery and our logistic partner would take another 2-3 days of time for the delivery.

            I had placed an order on 12th november, and i got a confirmation message that order is placed successfully, but after that i have not heard anything from this company, their customer care number doesn't even ring i have tried from mobile, landline both.

            Received no reply from their email or twitter.

            I feel its a fraud and cheat company. If i don't get any good resolution here or positive update from the company in next 2-3 days i will raise a dispute on the cc amount/

                  I booked bp meter on 18th sept 16 and even after 30 days product is in transit.
                  Getting call connected to customer care is big challenge, also no response to mails.
                  What this company is doing???
                  This is horrible. It's fake website. Can anyone will share the contact detail of ceo or the person responsible to take up the matter. Moreover customer can not cancel the order through website.

                  There customer service number not reachable, I have sent a mail to zotezo not response is this online store cheating the consumer.
                  To zotezo pls arrange to deliver the product are refund the money immediately. Have not seen such a worst online store without even having a proper customer service.

                    Till now i haven't received my product its been more than 2 months, Customer care said do sand a mail even after that NO RESPONSE, next time when i called they say server is busy please call us next day.

                    This is a SCAM company, Lot of people are getting cheated by this company and they keep sending advertisement but wont deliver the product nor refund the amount paid.

                      I have placed my order for on 25th-Sep 2016, but haven't received my product (Davidoff perfume).I have already paid the amount. tele customer support is of no use, always busy. Twice I spoke to the person and looks he is the only person available to answer queries, he said that the product would be shipped on 6th-Oct, but nothing happened.

                            Dear Sir

                            My name is Crosby Dsouza. I had ordered 2 products ie.MCP BP108 Upper Arm Digital Blood Pressure Monitor (qty 1.) & Dr. Morepen MT-101 Digi Classic Thermometer (Qty 1.) from the site www.zotezo.com on the 24th of July 2016. costing a total of Rs.998/- order no.#[protected].i payed the amount through debit card
                            i received one of the ordered item ie. MCP BP108 Upper Arm Digital Blood Pressure Monitor. but i havnt recieved the Dr. Morepen MT-101 Digi Classic Thermometer till date. i have called the zotezo company many times.its been 1 month 23 days and there has been no solution to my problem. at first the company executives said there has been a problem in the courier company and hence its been delayed . On calling them regularly they informed us that the machine was damaged and they would re-ship it but the company would not act on what was told to us. finally they said the status showed lost/abandoned during shipping but still they were only giving excuses no solution to the problem. finally on September 6th 2016 after many mails, complains and calls we received a mail from zotezo saying

                            Dear Customer,

                            Thank you for getting in touch with us & apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that your order has been shipped and is on its way. In the meantime, we have made a note of your issue and will work with our partners to expedite the delivery of your order.

                            Apology for the delay once again.

                              Shipment #[protected] of Order #[protected] was never delivered. The order was placed in the month of jan-2016. When I called the customer care, they asked me to check with FedEx, the courier company.
                              I checked with FedEx and have the proof that the product was returned back to Zotezo for missing paper invoice and it was not delivered to me.
                              But Zotezo did not return the product, nor initiated the refund of the money paid.

                                    I had raised request no but was not answered satisfactorily.

                                        I ordered few deodorants from zotezo.com almost 15 days ago with order no as #[protected]. it was shown as shipped through dotzot with tracking number as[protected]. after they are not delivering but showing out for delivery for more than 4 days, i have informed them and their courier partner and gave alternate contact numbers if needed. but after 2-3 days, they marked it as delivered without even trying for delivery. when i am enquiring about the same with zotezo.com, they are not responding to mails and contact number provided in their website is not able to connect to anybody except getting cut after some time automatically.
                                        I want to lodge a legal complaint against these people who is doing fraud as their business model.
                                        Zotezo.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
