This is in reference to the above I wish to inform you that I have ordered the product on 17th Feb., 2016 from Zotezo.com and my order no.[protected] which has been not delivered to me till now. I have complained so many time to the company through mail and telecom but no response till date they have generate only ticket no. for new complaint but no resolution.

So it is my humble request to you to please look into the matter as urgent and take strict necessary action through your end.

      Till date i have not received any information also they are not responding over phone . The total amount already paid by credit card.

        I had paid 213inr with order id #[protected] on 6th march 2016. Itsbeen almost a month and the status shows "order processing". Customer helpline is unresponsive and emails are not being answered. This is an absolute breach of trust of the customer and i feel after such repeated complaints i feel betrayed and want strictest action against the company.

              Myself Girish T, I have ordered for a product on zotezo.com with order #[protected] on March 3rd 2016 and have made payment in online mode, and now it's almost 21 days gone and I haven't received my product also order status is still in processing stage, I mailed the issue to zotezo.com customer care team but didn't got any response, Their service is totally pathetic, My advice to everyone is to stay away from such h fraudulent ecommerce websites.

                  This is with regards to the purchase made by me in respect of nova mini electric tandoor net-2-nano order no. #[protected] on 28th february, 2016 amounting to rs. 1599/-. The transaction was successful and the payment was vide netbanking. I had received an email as well as an sms from zotezo's website confirming the purchase.

                  On 29th february, 2016, i received an sms confirming that my order has been shipped.

                  However as more than 10 days had elapsed and i have not received the delivery of my order, on 9th march, 2016 i placed a complaint on zotezo's site for which i received a ticket id: aya[protected]. I received a automated reply that your customer care assistants will respond to the query, but i have not received any response. I also sent them an email.

                  Later i posted on their facebook profile and messenger where their representative kept giving me false hopes that my order will be shipped as the seller has not been able to do so on account of bulk orders.

                  Its a month since i have ordered for the product and also paid for the same, but still i have not received my order.

                            I paid for a gift to be sent to Mumbai.They confirmed shipment through FEDEX .TRACKING NO[protected].
                            When FEDEX was contacted we were told no shipment was effected, and, FEDEX, has given an online facility to ZOTEZOwhich was misused.
                            When the Manufacturer NOVA APPLIANCES were contacted they said ZOTEZO were cheats.
                            When NOVA were asked what action was being taken by them against ZOTEZO, for openly advertising in TOI, about selling the NOVA Brand online, NOVA replied that they were not concerned and we should move the Court for action.This suggests that ZOTEZZOTEZO, NOVA, and, FEDEX, have connived to cheat consumers

                              I've made a booking on the site. While the payment has gone through, I have received no confirmation or tracking information regarding the product. No one has been answering from the company's side.

                              The only information I've got is an order ID:[protected] but I've been getting no assistance from the company. No answers for my email and no one picks up their phone. The site also does not give you an order history.

                                  Further to my complaint dated 20th Feb I have following complaint against Zotezo
                                  It is disgusting to hear from Zotezo that my order has been delivered.
                                  Zotezo has been harassing me for last one and half month and recent mail confirms that they will continue to harass me. I am not going to give up till justice is done.
                                  I have to state that after two months of harassment by Zotezo I have been able to receive only two out of the three items ordered.
                                  I have been repeatedly complaining to them regarding non delivery of my order vide following Ticket Nos
                                  Ticket ID: BEL[protected] dtd 27th Jan 2016
                                  Ticket ID: EMN[protected] dtd 4th Feb 2016
                                  Ticket ID: DTX[protected] dtd 9th Feb, 2016
                                  Ticket ID: PCD[protected] dtd 26th Feb, 2016
                                  Response to all my above complaints has been lacking ( with every complaint they have been writing that ‘One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible’ but no one has ever contacted me so far during last one and half months)

                                  Finally after one and half month I could get response to my last complaint dated 26th Feb. But in the response they are stating that my order has been delivered.
                                  This is completely wrong.

                                  I am again bringing following facts to your notice

                                  Order #[protected] Placed on January 17, 2016 5:39:57 PM IST
                                  Three items ordered as follows
                                  1) Blood glucose test strips SKU[protected] Rs 300
                                  2) Baidyanath Madhumehari SKU 98 Rs 234
                                  3) Blood Pressure Monitor SKU22031 Rs 1250
                                  Total Payment of Rs 1784 made in advance thru credit card


                                  Received item No 2 (SKU 98) on 24th Jan 2016 through Blue dart tracking No. [protected],

                                  Received item no. 1 (SKU [protected]) on 26th Feb through Fedex tracking
                                  no.[protected].
                                  ( Pl note that the packing list showed two items i.e. item no. 1 and item no. 3 where as the packet contained only one item i.e item no. 1)

                                  I have immediately brought this to Zotezo's notice on 26th Feb through my complaint
                                  ID: PCD[protected] with following message
                                  ‘I have just received one packet thru Fedex courier from Mr Vivek Panchal, Microgene Diagnostic Systems Pvt Ltd, New Delhi 110020 but it contains only one item i.e.Blood glucose test strips (25 nos) SKU[protected] Rs 300
                                  Other item i.e Blood Pressure Monitor SKU22031 Rs 1250 has not been received still’
                                  So against my above order for three items (worth Rs 1784/-) I have received only two items (worth Rs 534/-). Main item worth Rs 1250 has not been received still, where as entire payment has been made in advance on 17th Jan 2016.
                                  As per zotezo last mail( Which they have responded after 10 days of my complaint) they are writing that my entire order has been delivered, which is not correct and the major value item has still not been delivered.
                                  I hereby request them to immediately refund an amount of Rs 1250/- to me, because for last one and half month they are not able to deliver the item.

                                    After looking at a ad on Times of India I bought a "Johnson & Johnson One Touch SelectSimple Blood Glucose Monitor" Order #[protected] from www.zotezo.com on 21st Feb 2016 as a gift for my mother, I paid Rs 585 via online payment which got deducted instantly. Once the order was placed I did receive a sms on the order confirmation and an email (see attached). The sms did state that the order will be dispatched in 2-3 working days, it's been 11 days and I have not received my order nor have I received the tracking details of the shipment.

                                    When I try to call their call center it is never picked up and goes into voice mail, and they do not reply to my emails. I tried contacting them on facebook (images attached) however they also are not responding, their website always says the order is still in processing.

                                    Now my mom is suffering from diabetes thus I purchased this product to keep a check on that however it's now me who is suffering from this cheap site to follow up for the product or for my refund, thus need your help.

                                      After more than one month period the first item was delivered.


                                      What about the 2nd item costing Rs450 ?

                                      2 months elapsed when should i get the item or refund of the money paid ?

It's a debit card payment and I feel looted as no customer care responce. I feel cheated and lost faith in online companies.
