This is in reference to the above I wish to inform you that I have ordered the product on 17th Feb., 2016 from Zotezo.com and my order no.[protected] which has been not delivered to me till now. I have complained so many time to the company through mail and telecom but no response till date they have generate only ticket no. for new complaint but no resolution.

So it is my humble request to you...

Please be informed that i have booked nova make roti maker -1no amd air tight food container -1set on 19th march 2016 vide order ref no[protected].

Till date i have not received any information also they are not responding over phone . The total amount already paid by credit card.

Please request to refund the amount it they are unable to delivery the items.

I had paid 213inr with order id #[protected] on 6th march 2016. Itsbeen almost a month and the status shows "order processing". Customer helpline is unresponsive and emails are not being answered. This is an absolute breach of trust of the customer and i feel after such repeated complaints i feel betrayed and want strictest action against the company....

I have placed an order On 22nd march .Order reference #[protected].The product still not shipped by the seller nor they confirm about expected date of deliver..I made payment before.
Their website shows wrong customer care no.& They don't respond to my mails ...Please do something As early as Possible. Thank You ....

Till date i have not received any information or received the above items.

Myself Girish T, I have ordered for a product on zotezo.com with order #[protected] on March 3rd 2016 and have made payment in online mode, and now it's almost 21 days gone and I haven't received my product also order status is still in processing stage, I mailed the issue to zotezo.com customer care team but didn't got any response, Their service is totally pathetic, My advice to everyone is to stay away from such h fraudulent ecommerce websites....

I booked two items and made the payment. Order No :[protected].Now it is 20 days i have been waiting for the item(Blood Glucose measuring instrument).
Also customer care representatives are not at all reachable to give the status....

This is with regards to the purchase made by me in respect of nova mini electric tandoor net-2-nano order no. #[protected] on 28th february, 2016 amounting to rs. 1599/-. The transaction was successful and the payment was vide netbanking. I had received an email as well as an sms from zotezo's website confirming the purchase.

On 29th february, 2016, i received an sms confirming that my order has been shipped.

However...

Has not been supplied yet and I am unable to contact any human being on customer care # as well as at the company's registered office number in Kolkata.
This looks like a total well organized scam .

Followed-up several times through email, website helpdesk & Social networking (Facebook page) but no response. I feel some serious fraud is going on with huge publicity on newspapers to lure customers to fall prey of the fraud....

I paid for a gift to be sent to Mumbai.They confirmed shipment through FEDEX .TRACKING NO[protected].
When FEDEX was contacted we were told no shipment was effected, and, FEDEX, has given an online facility to ZOTEZOwhich was misused.
When the Manufacturer NOVA APPLIANCES were contacted they said ZOTEZO were cheats.
When NOVA were asked what action was being taken by them against ZOTEZO, for openly advertising in TOI,...

I've made a booking on the site. While the payment has gone through, I have received no confirmation or tracking information regarding the product. No one has been answering from the company's side.

The only information I've got is an order ID:[protected] but I've been getting no assistance from the company. No answers for my email and no one picks up their phone. The site also does not give you an order history.

now i want refund of my amount paid. Lest to approach consumer court for compensation. It is shameful to book anything online through this bogus firm.It`s first and last.

Further to my complaint dated 20th Feb I have following complaint against Zotezo
It is disgusting to hear from Zotezo that my order has been delivered.
Zotezo has been harassing me for last one and half month and recent mail confirms that they will continue to harass me. I am not going to give up till justice is done.
I have to state that after two months of harassment by Zotezo I have been able to receive only two...

After looking at a ad on Times of India I bought a "Johnson & Johnson One Touch SelectSimple Blood Glucose Monitor" Order #[protected] from www.zotezo.com on 21st Feb 2016 as a gift for my mother, I paid Rs 585 via online payment which got deducted instantly. Once the order was placed I did receive a sms on the order confirmation and an email (see attached). The sms did state that the order will be dispatched in 2-3 working days, it's been...

Amount paid Rs1099 0n 11/01/2016 through debit card for two items 1) item cost Rs649 and 2( item cost Rs450 by consolidated order no.[protected].

After more than one month period the first item was delivered.


What about the 2nd item costing Rs450 ?

2 months elapsed when should i get the item or refund of the money paid ?

Dozens of reminders sent but no response from your end....

I ordered 4 items and only received 3 items of less value. Nova electric tandoor is yet to come. I mailed them twice but received no responce. It's a debit card payment and I feel looted as no customer care responce. I feel cheated and lost faith in online companies. I made payment of rs. 2209 out of that electric tandoor is of 1500 yet to receive...
