Zotezo.com — Items ordered and paid for full in advance, not delivered even after more than a month | |||||
Order #[protected] Placed on January 17, 2016 5:39:57 PM IST Three items ordered as follows 1) Blood glucose test strips SKU[protected] Rs 300 2) Baidyanath Madhumehari SKU 98 Rs 234 3) Blood Pressure Monitor SKU22031 Rs 1250 Total Payment of Rs 1784 made in advance thru credit card Only item no 2 received so far. Received intimation from Zotezo email dated 5th Feb 2016, that the remaining 2 items have been dispatched thru Fedex ref tracking No[protected]. Since last 15 days I am checking on the Fedex tracking system and it shows same status ‘ Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel. I have complained to Zotezo at least three to four times thru email addressed to [protected]@zotezo.com and by lodging complaints thru their website www.zotezo.com. Ticket ID: BEL[protected] dtd 27th Jan 2016 Ticket ID: EMN[protected] dtd 4th Feb 2016 Ticket ID: DTX[protected] dtd 9th Feb, 2016 There is no response from Zotezo I also tried to contact Zotezo on their customer care no[protected] several times during last one month but nobody picks up the phone. Since the delivery was promised within 15 days I was counting on the same for checking my blood glucose and blood pressure, however because of non delivery of the items I am already suffering. Zotezo is playing with the health of its unsuspecting customers. Such companies should not be allowed to operate in health sector at least. Zotezo is advertising in reputed news papers like Times of India with full page advertisements but not delivering the ordered items. Zotezo should be barred from advertising in reputed news papers till all pending overdue orders are delivered. If Zotezo does not make amends, I will strive to take this to its logical conclusion. I know from Website of consumer complaint forum that ther are lot of similar complaints against Zotezo and I urge the authorities to take strongest action against Zotezo, if they do not correct the situation immediately. I have just received one packet thru Fedex courier from Mr Vivek Panchal, Microgene Diagnostic Syatems Pvt Ltd, New Delhi 110020 but it contains only one item i.e.Blood glucose test strips (25 nos) SKU[protected] Rs 300
Other item i.e Blood Pressure Monitor SKU22031 Rs 1250 has not been received still.
